    I would rate them 0. Had furnace/air conditioner installed in 2016. At first service was ok. Starting in 2020 I was a member of ************* Try to get appts. for spring and fall check-*** was ridiculous!! Usually 2 or more months to have them come out. In September of 2023 my compressor went and I sweated in my over 80 degree house for 2 weeks until they replaced it. Then in January of 2024 my furnace went bad in single digit temperatures and they couldn't get to my house to repair it before 10 days!! I called a local reputable company and they were at my house within 3 hours and repaired my furnace. I called One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning and voiced my complaints and was told that there were many other customers ahead of me with problems. I cancelled the so called ************ that I paid a monthly fee for. I was told by one of their technicians that One Hour was buying up other companies and didn't have the manpower to handle problems. Also, I came to the conclusion that their technicians aren't qualified when the one tech was looking for a pilot light on my electric furnace. I had the reputable company that fixed my furnace in January come out and service my air conditioner unit in May and the compressor that One Hour installed in September of 2023 was bad!! I made the decision to have the furnace/air conditioner that One Hour installed taken out and replaced with a reliable unit by the reputable company. When I called One Hour to let them know what I did, their employee kept me on hold for over 25 minutes when I asked to speak to their supervisor. I finally hung up and called right back and their supervisor was very rude and basically called me a liar!! I don't know if you can name these people in a complaint but I will if advised. I would never recommend this company to anyone!! They employ untrained technicians and unreliable products!!

    I purchased my Amana Brand **************************** Conditioning Heat Pump from them. They installed and have done all the maintenance and repairs on it. 3 and 1/2 years of nightmares. The heat pump would only air condition for the first 4 months or so, winter in western ** ?? Something was not installed correctly. Since that time and especially for the last year(keep in mind this is only 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 years old) the technicians have been here frequently and after just a short while after they fix the problem it is doing the same thing. We went without heat for over a month this winter, they got it working. And less than 48 hours later it wasnt working again. Thank goodness we have a wood stove. I called One Hour and they said their system was down. I called again today and since I am not a member of their ************ they wouldnt make an appointment. Im lost as to what to do next. This isnt what a new Heat Pump is supposed to be like.
