  I used them once and the service was fast and sufficient. That’s why I renewed my service warranty for a second year. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed in their current customer service. I have called 3 times and emailed once just to receive a copy of my service contract. It still hasn’t arrived. It would be nice to know what my current benefits are.

  Terrible, terrible. Had a hole in my sewer line. Technician came to verify with a camera. Never heard a word back. Called to ask what was going to be done, said nothing. Had to have another back ** in my house..who does business like this? Beware, save your money. Im cancelling upon my renewal, both sewer and water line contracts

  I've used the warranty on multiple occasions. The plumber they contract through is fast and effiecient. They clean up after and always fix the problem. The warranty has saved me hundreds of dollars. **************** obviously has never had or used the service if he had he would realize how expensive a sewer line repair is. I hope the water man pays for the repairs or perhaps ******* rents.As a home owner. I benefit greatly from this service. Not sure why ************'s premium went up ours didn't.

  Either your CSRs are not trained properly (why?), or trained poorly on purpose. I talked to at least 12 people two weeks & was told so many different things I lost track. I asked specific questions of several, got the same answers, only to later be told that wasn't accurate. I asked if y'all had a list of plumbers you had to use or if I could find one on my own. Three different people told me they didn't have a list, then I was told you did. I was told my part was covered & then told it wasn't, then confirmed it was. The plumber you sent wasn't any better. His company said they couldn't set the PSI at 75 'cuz that was mandated by y'all. It wasn't. They said they couldn't set it above 50 PSI due to low water pressure in the area as it would blow out the pipes. City of Arl' water dept' confirmed my area is a high water pressure area (hence the need for PRVs). The plumber said these things to y'all to justify cancelling my appt' at the last minute. They also said my PRV should be replaced when all I needed was for the PSI to be adjusted higher. The PRV works until it breaks. It doesn't slow down over time. My PRV wasn't broke, it just had been set at 30 PSI (who knows why) & needed to be adjusted. They were also going to replace the PRV w/o ck'g to see if my water heater had a Thermal Expansion Tank needed to bring it up to code (it doesn't as it was grandfathered in before the code changed). Something I'm guessing y'all don't require them to do or they aren't smart enough to know to check. Along w/ not getting a permit w/ the city, it doesn't seem like they're the best to represent y'all - or they're doing what you want. I'm not sure what the truth is. Everybody counted on me not knowing what they were talking about, so they took advantage & lied. But I had done my research, made my calls & am sad to see how this system between SLWOA & plumbers take advantage. We called ***** ******** out to do a great job. SLWOA has a monopoly, so there's no need for accountability.

  SLW covered our sewer line blockage repair back in 2019. The plumber was prompt, courteous, and cleaned up nicely...so we are happy we had the coverage.However....I just got my renewal and my premium went up 82% without explanation. I know we are in inflationary times, but this is ridiculous. A response from SLW would be appreciated.

  I've read alot of these reviews an talked to a man that works for the water company an I'm here to tell you service line warranty is a joke your wasting your money an they will not fix your problems. It's a joke an it's sad

  The reason for my low review is the billing section of this business. The times I have used this service has been good. Prompt and good service. The billing is another matter. I pay 2 accounts monthly by check and the bills are never right. Phone calls don't help. Letters and emails receive no response. One account was termed deliquent while the other had a credit. When it was "fixed" the rates on the "deliquent" one were raised to new rates. lol. Their fault and I was punished. I tried paying the amounts they requested although they were wring and the next month they were in error again. Very disappointed with the billing and lack of response.
