    Purchased this warranty for a little piece of security and the best decision I hsve made with warranty companies. I will continue to stay with this upstanding company. Technician that came to our house was very knowledgable and made the greatest repairs and in a very timely manner. He was a pleasure to deal with and know his trade very well.

    I had 2 issues and both times someone was sent timely and helped clear the drain. It has been a great comfort knowing i just have to place a call and someone will come out without charging additional monies which can be quite costly. THANK YOU

    So thankful for this service. We have a 1960s home with big trees that like to root into the pipes at times. When we have issues, all we have to do is call and they come out with no issues. It has saved us so much and we would recommend this service if you just need routine maintenance like we have.

    If there were negative stars we would put 5 negative stars. Our experience was a nightmare. The plumbers they used were terrible. Plumbers constantly lied to us about when the job would be done. We had no sewer for about 11 days and couldnt use our facilities. We called Service Line Warranty several times about our plumbers and complained several times to no avail. We had to provide a star rating for the review to go through.

    Homeserve handled my claim superbly. The communication is excellent on every step of the process. Homeserve stays in connunication with leak detection and the plumber. All processes were handled very timely. I could not be more pleased with Homeserve. They made a frustrating situation more manageable. Thank you so much.

    They cancelled two of my policies because I would not approve them debiting money from my checking account. When I called to complain, they said they would invoice me but they never did. Not the type of company policy I can support or the kind of company I would do business with in the future. ***** * *** ****** **
