On April 15th. **** was the sales man helping me. I can not beilieve how he handled things with me. Telling me things like numbers dont lie. Arguing with me about what I was told on the phone. Then saying he never said things he said. I asked nicely twice to speak to his manager his response each time was your not going to take it out on him. He cant change the price. I didnt want him to change a price I wanted a manager to help me because obviously he wasnt. I didnt get to speak with a manager till I had to get very rude and get up and found one myself. To the point I was so upset crying with my anxiety through the roof. I honestly feel like he seen me as a dumb women in there by myself that he THOUGHT he could talk into whatever. Saying I had to put $20,000 down to buy a car.. Well he was wrong.Sales manager ***************** actually listened to me and was very nice and helpful. He gave me options that the other salesman didnt offer me.Friday April 19th we had an appt at 2:30pm to meet with ************* ****** was so kind, friendly and overall wonderful! After showing us the Sorento we went on a test drive. I told ****** we did want to lease the Sorento. He did a credit check with us and sent everything to finance department. After being there over 3 hours. We were told by *** that Ally was closed and did not have a real person in office. Also that **** that deals with leasing with *** was not in till Monday. Was told that I would hear from them Monday to see what was the next steps. Well Monday April 22 comes I reached out to them through email. Was told when **** got free he was going to work on our lease. 3:50pm I get a response saying **** is waiting to hear back from **** at ***. 5:44 another email stating they are still waiting to hear back from their rep at ***. April 24th got an email back saying they cant give us a lease. So they dragged us along for over a week to help us get no where. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!

Would not recommend buying a Kia from this location. They say they stand behind their cars but their vehicles don’t maintain their value. I bought a 2022 forte GT in may of 2022. It’s now November 2023 and I went to the same location I purchased it from looking to simply upgrade mine to a newer version. I’ve owned it a year and a half, it has less then 7,000 miles, perfect condition not a scratch inside or out and they informed me my trade would only be $18,000 when I just paid 28,000 a little over a year ago. So a $10,000 loss in less then 2 years doesn’t seem as though they’re keeping their vehicles at a fair value. It also seems sketchy the value of my trade went from $20,200 without even negotiating to now $18,000 in a 2-3 month period since my last visit ? As well that *** ******* ****** offered me $20,600 and Kia couldn’t match that. Or that Kelly blue book values it at the lowest 19,500 max 21,500? Or do they just think women are stupid and don’t know what we’re doing when it comes to cars? Don’t shop there unless you’re a guy because apparently they try to rip women off. Very disappointing they would treat a repeat client this way.

I have a new 2023 Kia ******** I bought at this dealership in October 2022. There was a recall for a potentially twisted airbag. I tried to schedule the recall repair at this dealership three times. The dealership refused to schedule my appointment. They told me I would receive a call when they received the part they needed to make the repair. Its been several months and they never called back. The car has since been repaired at another dealership and they did not need any new parts for the repair work associated with the recall. Their service department is either understaffed or lacks knowledge of the vehicles they are the supposably qualified experts to work on.
