We ordered 4 bracelets from Pranaheart as Christmas gifts back on November 25th, 2023, Order #314188. We spent $106 Canadian. I sent them and e-mail just before Christmas, letting them know I still had not received my order. I have sent them several e-mails, messages on facebook and messages on Instagram. It is now January 22, 2024 and when I look at tracking, it says it still has not been processed or that it is still at the warehouse.

I recently filed two complaints with this company. The last time I did business with them was in 2019. They were slow then, but its been 41 days (Sept 2) since they took my CC money and they still have not mailed out my order. I am writing to you to let you know that I received an email from Everyday Mindfulness on Sept 12th stating my order was running late. I placed an order from this company on June 11,2023. The money came out of my bank on June 12 is US funds for 85.46 US dollars. On July 20, 2023 I received an email from Prana Heart that my order was on the way.
I have received nothing else and have tried to phone (always busy) and email (email bounces back).
When I track the order ( APC tracking number: ****************) it says :Jul 21 2023 10:12 AM Parcel Data Received, Shipment In Route To US Export Warehouse. I emailed the delivery company APC and their response was "I am showing that we received the data electronically for your parcel on 21 July 2023. To date, we have not received the actual parcel".
I would like a resolution to this, money back and to warn other people.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for a bracelet from Prana Heart on June 12, 2023 and my credit card was charged $21.98. I have repeatedly sent emails to check the shipping status (all emails bounce back) and have tried to call their customer service number which is a constant fast busy. I would like to get a refund as clearly they have no intent of sending the merchandise I ordered.Initial Complaint

I ordered bracelets from this company on June 3,2023 and as of June 22, I have not received any shipping information or any updates about my purchase . I’ve ordered from this company in the past and had no issues so I didn’t think it was a scam. I’ve emailed their support with no response. I’ve filed reviews online with no response . I placed 2 orders ( 12/21/22 & 12/22/22) for several bracelets. After they we delivered I realized there were two duplicates. They state they have a 30 day refund policy and to call or email to get the refund. I called several times and the phone was busy. I emailed 6 times (Jan 4,6,7,11,14,16) with no response. Their website shows that whoever used to provide the help under the contact us portion doesn't support the business anymore. I just need to return 2 items ($24.99 and $28.99) in accordance with their 30 day return policy.Initial Complaint

On 1/3/23 I placed an order for 3 bracelets and the charge of $62.87 was debited from my account. I after 14 days of not receiving a change in the status, being processed, I wrote to their customer service asking for a status update. There was no reply so I tried calling their 855 number and all you get is an instant User Busy. So I sent another email to customer service on 1/26/23 asking for a refund or status update.

I placed an order on November 26, 2022 totaling $72.76. The items were supposed to be Christmas gifts. I received one email saying there might be a delay, have not received the items or communication to date. I sent an email and Facebook and Instagram messages requesting customer service assistance for a refund with no response. I purchased an oval bracelet from this company's website. The picture of the bracelet does not accurately reflect what I was sent. The bracelet I was sent was small and not as definitive like the picture. I tried to call the company and their phone does not work. They asked for an email which I sent 3 days ago and have not received any response. I want a refund.
