    I ordered a mala bracelet on September 1. I received a email they were bombarded with orders and would be in touch when it would be shipped. Today is October 22 and I still have not received my item. I tried there email address and it doesn't exist. Very similar to other prior complaints. I have ordered many times previously and received my items. Not sure what is going on ? Very frustrating.

    Terrible company! I placed an order on July 29 for $75. I have not received my items yet. Made multiple attempts to call with the number listed on the website and all I get is a busy signal. Emailed the support email address listed, received a return email that it no longer exist.

    This company took my payment and never delivered!!! Phone number is a busy signal. Email address is flagged "Address not found" DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

    AWFUL. Paid for but never rec'd 2 mala bracelets for $47.38. My card was charged immediately, and received an order confirmation, but no shipping info or tracking email followed. Emailed Customer Service back to support at pranaheart.com the following week to inquire and email was returned as "address not found" and undeliverable. Today, went to pranaheart dot com to check on order, and website is down!!!!
