      This carwash does NOT care about customers' cars being damaged. They care about their bottom line. Their lawyers (or shady management) write some meaningless response when an issue arises. PLEASE CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY.

      Mr Magic Car Wash…….Buyer beware. I signed up for what I believed was a month of unlimited washes but they actually automatically renew it every month and the fees were being charged to my credit card. I learned this yesterday when going to sign up for another month of unlimited washes that they had been charging me for many months. I was advised by ****** in customer service that their machine would have advised me of the auto renewal policy but when I signed up I gave my credit card to one their workers who setup the service without me being able to see anything on their machine. Customer service showed no empathy, wasn’t interested in coming to a comprise with me or keeping me as a customer in the future. I am disappointed in their business tactics which I believe are shady and unethical.

      The agent at the Carwash told me I could get one month of carwashes for a given fee. He did NOT tell me that this would continue indefinitely unless I called the business number and cancelled. I was in ******* for 5 weeks and did not know I was paying for unlimited carwashes when I was not even in **********, When I found out how this actually works, I called and cancelled, but they gave me no credit for the 5 weeks I had paid and gotten no service.
