  **** and **** did a super job on our vents. They were very knowledgeable and thorough. They explained everything well and showed us before and after pictures of our ducts. They even deodorized and sanitized our furnace. The scent is a clean scent, not perfume-like. I highly recommend their service.

  Awesome Experience! So glad I got the duct and dryer vent cleaning done. From *** who scheduled the appointment to **** *. and **** *., you have got a great crew working at Ventilation Purification! They were all so nice and thorough throughout the whole process. Will recommend and use again in the future.

  WHAT AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!! ****'s team was so great. They were so thorough in every step of the process from moving furniture to cleaning up after themselves. And the education I got...... WOW!!!! I feel like I'm breathing clean air for the first time in decades...... The mold and mildew treatment and sanitizer- TOTALLY worth it. And my dryer has never been so efficient. They were all super professional and friendly!! I plan on having them back every year. HIGHLY recommend!!!! I'm probably gonna tell the whole world.... They were great...

  This company published adds for vent cleaning for $99.95! once here in my home they presented me with limitations in their service that if they cleaned the entire ventilation system an additional charge of $399.80 would be required!!!!! The advertised offer didn't specify limitations and the entire purpose was to get in the house and then hit me with additional charges for a complete vent cleaning service !!!! I'm on a fixed income Social Security and couldn't afford the additional cost which I refused. they then put all the vent covers back on after a mild vacuum activity and I paid the required $99.95 !!! then they packed up and left. In my opinion this is deceptive marketing to get in your house and then present additional charges for a thorough system cleaning. The work they did was incomplete for what they were supposed to do and left multiple vents untouched!!!!!The three man crew were pleasant and friendly is about the only plus for the entire process !!!

  We offer ***** to clean out all vents and all returns. When the job was booked, ****************** was told what the coupon included and was told that a tech would make recomendations for anything outside of what the coupon included. He was also told those recomendations would be option to him. It also states on the coupon what is covered and that a tech will make recomendations for systems that require additional services. When the tech went over the recomendations, ****************** started cussing the tech out. The tech informed him that these were his recomendations and he could just stick with the coupon and that is exactly what was done. I called ****************** to try and resolve the issue with him. He told me he was upset about vents not done. i asked him which vents. He told me the one on his phenum. I tried to explain thats not a vent. He also got mad about us not cleaning out his whole furnace with the coupon. The coupon comes with an inspection, not cleaning the furnace and blower out. The ****** additional included a sanitizing packaged at the cost of ***** which of course is optional as well. I was trying to discuss just giving ****************** a refund for the ***** he spent with us to make him happy. ****************** started to cuss me out on the phone, told me we have a D- rating with the BBB which is not true. We are an A+ rated company. After that he hung up on me. I then had the company GM call him back a few hours later to try and offer a refund again after he had time to cool off and once hearing that it was us, he hung up on my GM as well. I am very sorry ****************** is upset. I feel that my techs, my GM and myself have operated and responded properly. I am however open to suggestions on how to make this matter acceptable for our customer. Please let me know if there is anything i can do to resolve this matter. Thank you.

  Horrible service and try's to upsell you when they are not furnace experts. Techs smell like smoke and will never use them again, period! I will take my business elsewhere. Stay away and **** poor. Use other companies.

  Im absolutley shocked from this complaint. We have done multiple jobs for this customer. He got the coupon work done for all vents, all returns and 1 main duct for less than 50 bucks, a ****** service. He wanted sanitizer which we gave him at a ***** package for his system. He wanted a discount so the tech gave him 10 percent off. He cussed out our workers over the discount. He then called our office a started yelling at out G.M. and stating if he doesnt get a bigger discount he was gonna drag our company name thru the mud. To make the customer happy, we gave him a 50 percent discount and did the sanitizer for 50 bucks. Everything was fine with the service from what he said. Then we get this bad complaint from him. Im not really sure what we could of done more. Nothing was ever said to us either about the workers smelling like smoke. The crew that did his job use vapes, they dont smoke ciggeretts. Also the mother of this customer kept saying sorry to our workers because of how rude and mean this customer was to our workers. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to resolve this issue.

  The team was so kind professional and efficient . They were willing and able to work with me to accomplish everything my family needed on top of the Groupon . My family will sleep better with all the allergens removed . Thank you *****,****, ***** !

  Techs were friendly and courteous. They did a great job leaving the house clean and all furniture was put back. They offered additional services but no high pressure sales. I would use them again. They were on time.
