  In April 2025, the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County issued a judgment in my favor (Case No. AR-25-600) against Miracle Movers for over $27,000, citing Breach of Contract, Unfair Trade Practices, and Negligence. This legal action was a last resort, taken only after dozens of phone calls, emails, and texts over four monthsall ignored by the ********** November 2024, my family hired Miracle Movers to pack, store, and move us into our new custom-built home. The result was catastrophic. Nearly all our furnitureincluding irreplaceable heirloomswas damaged or destroyed. All bedding was ruined, and no furniture was reassembled, despite that being included. On the night we closed on our dream home, we were forced to sleep in a hotelsomething Managing Partner ****** ******* knew and failed to address.We later discovered that, despite Miracle Movers advertising secure, in-house storage, our belongings were placed in an unauthorized third-party facility without our consent. We were also never provided the legally required Consumers Rights and Responsibilities documentation.The estimate changed without explanation mid-move, and ****** asked to be paid in full with cashan unprofessional and concerning request. When I raised issues during the move, ****** offered only to buy coffee and hop on a Zoom call. After I followed up with 150+ pages of evidencephotos, texts, emails, and damage reportshe stopped responding. **** ****** and Miracle Movers corporate office also remained silent.Miracle Movers had every opportunity to make this right. Despite four months of good-faith efforts, they ignored every communication and the binding court judgment.Sadly, this isnt unique. A quick search of public court records reveals multiple lawsuits and complaints against Miracle Movers, showing a clear pattern of negligence, silence, and non-compliance.Avoid Miracle Movers at all costs.

There have been issues for both parties to consider and come to a resolution but we never got payment and Mr. ******* We recently had a PUC complaint from him that became void due to his non payment.We are all about doing better business, but we also follow a strict policy.We are more than happy to resolve these matters with Mr. *******Thank you,Miracle Movers of Pittsburgh

  This response does not reflect the actual actions of Miracle Movers. Since November, neither Managing Partner ****** ******* nor **** Millernor anyone from their corporate or Pittsburgh officeshas responded to numerous documented attempts to resolve this matter, including outreach from my legal representation. They were given yet another direct opportunity to engage as recently as June 10th, following their public reply, and again chose not to respond. They have also failed to appear in court, further demonstrating a clear pattern of avoidance. I have remained open to a professional dialogue from the beginning, but at every turn have been met with silence. This public response is not a genuine attempt to resolve the issueit is an attempt to create the illusion of care and responsibility while continuing to ignore all real efforts at communication and resolution

  This review is for the move from Pittsburgh to ************ in mid July. I was quoted a price similar to what Mayflower or United would charge for a single bedroom move. Since I wanted to support a local business I went ahead with Miraclemovers. I confirmed the move well in advance and no one got in touch with me till one day prior when I was hurriedly asked to sign on the contract and the insurance waiver which I did as I had no options left. On the day of the move, the crew did not arrive till 1pm when the scheduled pick up was at 9am. When I repeatedly called the office, they told me they were picking the right size of truck and boxes for my move! I had no issues with the packing and loading but the delivery on next day was again delayed by 3.5 hours claiming traffic to be the issue. When my delivery was unpacked I was horrified to see so much of my furniture damaged, tables missing legs, lamps and crockery broken to pieces and several items missing! When I notified the crew they promised to check the truck for those missing items and then drove away. When I repeatedly called the crew and the office, no one bothered to answer. Finally ****** from the office called to take my payment and reassured me that 'I would be taken care of'. He not only charged me the whole amount, including the tip but also $200 extra as a CCfee and $500 on top of the estimate!!!. When I saw my credit card bill, I couldn't believe what had happened. There was no answer to the number of phone calls and emails that I sent to this business explaining my situation and providing pictures of the damaged items. I had to dispute the extra charges through my credit card company. To this day there is no answer to my emails or phone calls. This company is highly unprofessional and unethical. I would NEVER HIRE them ever unless you want to pay a high amount for late delivery of your damaged items! BE CAREFUL.

  This review is a few months late only because I was waiting to get the substantial reimbursement check for damages from the corporate office. Post-move, management was sympathetic and worked hard to make it right, but that doesnt change the horror that was our experience with Miracle Movers Pittsburgh. Heres what happened in late June:Though I had booked the move 6 weeks in advance and received a reminder the day before that the crew would arrive at 930, no one showed up until after 1PM (attempts to contact the company earlier were unsuccessful). The crew were not wearing company uniforms. We soon discovered that they had the wrong truck, and didnt have the boxes we were promised. They left and returned with a Penske rental after 5PM. Shortly after the move started one of the young men asked me if I had a screwdriver (this was a $4000 job!). Other shenanigans ensued but they finished loading after 9PM.Upon receiving the goods in ******** the next day, the crew as well as the manager, got into arguments with my sister and were very unprofessional. At this point I noted that someone, not me or anyone in my family, signed the contract and insurance waiver that we were supposed to have signed before the move started. Also, they irreparably damaged several pieces of our fine furniture, dirtied our upholstery, and even somehow lost some small items.This was NOT the service that was promised us, especially for what we paid. Please be wary of what ******, the manager, will sell you as he promised us that the crews were top notch, they would protect and wrap everything, and provide some packing materials. NONE of this happened as promised, and our possessions (and spirits) are only worse off because of it. This was NOT how we wanted to spend the last night in our home of over 55 years.

  After all my son's movers tried to cancel our move with only days notice Miracle Movers really saved the day!! They took the job with only days notice and with no deposit. *********, and ****** made our moving experience almost fun. As fun as moving can be lol!! They were colorful, friendly, fast, and professional. Some of the hardest working men I've ever seen. After moving everything out of our house they had to carry everything up six flights of stairs to our new place. Never a complaint and they did it lightning fast. I can't recommend these guys enough. Truly "miracle movers!"

  ********************* is unprofessional and rude. He confirmed a move and never sent a crew. When called he was unapologetic and told me if I had a problem with him trying to help me out I could find someone else and hung up in me.
