      I love the windows and the sales part of purchasing the windows but, the guys that did the install left dirty black marks from their hands in each of the windowsills. I just thought that they should have cleaned up their own mess instead of me having to. However, I love my new windows.

      Power Home Remodeling Group kept us up to date with our order for our windows. We had a slight MFG B/O due to some parts needing to be made in order to complete our windows. The day came for installation and they worked fast. They took out the old windows to install the new ones.The only thing my husband did mention is he wished they worked one side of the house and moved to the next side. Be prepared to shut off the A/C and put your animals up before the work begins. Once the windows were installed they walked us back through as to how to care and clean the windows. Really cool windows by the way. My husband and I noticed that next day when we were putting our blinds up that there was absolutely no heat coming through the glass from the sun. These windows definitely cooled our bedroom, dining room and kitchen down quite a bit. The windows are expensive but you get what you pay for. We are planning to do the rest of the house especially the living room. There are no leaks coming from the windows and everything from the outside is perfect. Highly recommend these Category 5 windows if you live down south off the gulf not just for storms but for energy efficiency for your electric bill.

      100% satisfied with our windows from beginning to end. Hannah with sales was delightful and no pressure, pre install inspector for friendly and efficient, and installers and post install inspector were also fantastic. Very happy with the final product. Thanks again!

      From the start, Power representatives displayed professionalism and excellent communication in every step of the process. We would even say they over communicated, and we were never left not knowing the details of the process, our options, costs, or any other aspect of this experience. We are highly pleased with the work done and the quality of the windows they installed. We highly recommend this company and plan to use them for future home projects.

      3 different sales people came to my house today. Not only am I on the "Do not knock" list for my town which they blatantly ignored, they lack the coordination and interrupted me multiple times. I had a previous bid from this team which was outrageous and the reasoning was flimsy at best. I have zero interest in this company due to their lack of respect for city ordinances, lying saying they thought the do not knock was a different house (which does not exist). trying to sell me an overpriced roof that is the "best price" only to drop it by 30% that day and then. more when they called back later.

      I ordered replacement windows over a year ago because I can not see out of the old one. I was told 6-8 months. After the 8 months I called the they said it’s closer to a year. I called last month and they said they will be here by august. Now they are saying it would be up to 15 months. I asked to speak to a manager 2 times to which they say there is no manager there they will have to call you back and they never call. I can not see out of the original window that is there. Terrible customer service and they say there is nothing they can do
