  Just had a new roof installed. This is our third project with Power (siding and windows were the previous two). Excellent products, professionally installed, with superb results. The only issue we’ve had (and consistently so over the years) is with the service end. Appointment times are often not adhered to, and even missed altogether. Overall, best in class product.

  The absolute worst customer service I have ever received from any company I have ever dealt with. After the installation of my new windows I noticed that there were two issues. First was one of the pre-installed screens was installed upside down. We did not know it was upside down but saw it was missing the felt material that keeps the screen from rubbing on the windows. The foreman came out about two weeks later to check on it and said he would order the material. A few days later and we noticed that screens on two windows did not close all the way on the sides like the window was bowed but the screen was leaving gaps on the sides where it meets the window frame. When we called to report this they figured out from asking questions that the screen without the felt material was actually upside down. We set up an appointment for August to have them come out and assess the windows. Mind you this was the end of February, beginning of march when we had the install and the report of the issues. I had to cancel a Dr appointment I set up in January because that was the only day they could give me an appointment to check the windows. Come august and they came out and stated that the window was put in incorrectly causing the screens not to close correctly. They set up an appointment for a week later to come fix it. Unfortunately I had to cancel the same doctor appointment again because they said that if they don’t come out that day the next appointment they had was for January. The appointment date was today and after multiple conversations with them for the past week and today as well I was first told they would be here in the morning. Morning came and Noone showed up. I called and was told no one was available due to a meeting. Called them again and was told they were definitely coming today. Speak to them at about 7pm and they moved the appointment to tomorrow. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior for any business and will never recommend them to anyone ever!

  I met power at Sam’s Club a very long time ago and I have been looking to get my windows replaced. They happen to be in my neighborhood and knocked on my door. I ended up getting my windows replaced and They turned out great!

  This company is really terrible. They came in to change a window for default in sealing but didn't bring the right size. Broke the window I already had when putting back in now its 7 months with the same broken window. Guy came today to change and said its a 2 man job and got wrong size AGAIN, Now I have to wait again. Do not sign anything they will say lifetime warranty but you might wait a lifetime for your window. Matt from warranty was not helpful at all and really rude. BANK WILL TAKE CHARGE OF ACCT SO COMPLAINTS ARE NEVER ANSWWRED! UNREAL NEVER WILL USE AGAIN!

  We had hired Power to replace several windows and had an awesome experience with them. Hired them again to re-side our house and replace the gutters and it has been an absolute nightmare. What should have been a 10 day job has turned into 4 months and it’s still not done. They keep assigning new reps to “address our concerns” and then they never call back. We’ve had 4 different crews out to “fix” the installers mistakes but they have yet to actually finish the job

  Had 4 windows done. Very pleased with the job. everyone was professional and they cleaned up after .
  The salesman had been an I smaller before so he was able to answer all our questions and explain everything.
