      I had Power Home Remodeling do an attic encapsulation as well as replace the roof on my home and my garage. The roof looks great and the attic encapsulation is perfect however I was left with roofing nails everywhere in my yard and in front of my house in the road. They damaged my aluminum fascia and refuse to replace it stating it has been too long for them to replace it that they couldn't have damaged it. Very disappointed that I now have to spend more money to have someone replace my aluminum fascia on my home after spending so much money on Power Home Remodeling installing my roof and attic. I wouldn't recommend them at all. It's very unprofessional and disappointing.

      On July 16th had roof installed. Installers never tied/put back coax cables for my Directv. One started hanging in front of my kitchen window. Not to mention the one they left hanging on the power line.
      So on July 23rd I took a trip up my ladder to tidy up the cables. We’ll to my surprise there was like 2 inch gap between my gutter and my new roof of rotting wood. Which there was a hole for water, squirrels,bats or other critters to enter.
      I specifically asked to roofing foreman if everything was ok up there. His reply was YES. I understand they are the ROOFERS not the gutter men. But there should have been a picture taken and some information that I had a gutter fascia problem. The only time I look up there is in the fall when leaves need to cleaned out. That’s still 3 months away.
      I called on July 23 and told them the problem. Asked to send pictures to an Email (done) . Said he would talk to the foreman and job supervisor.
      Another problem was they overlaid my roof with plywood which raised everything up. Then installed a 1 inch drip edge. Which is why the fascia was exposed. All they had to do was go to Home Depot. Which is where their supplies come from and get 3 inch drip edge. Home Depot is 3/4 mile from my house.
      I downloaded the Project Pulse app. And was supposed to see pictures of the progress of the roof being installed NOT ONE PICTURE. I’ve sent 3 emails and have gotten 1 response. Which do not pertain to my issues.

      We had our roof, gutters and a bow window installed on our 1st encounter with the Power Home crew. Everyone we encountered was very polite and helpful. No one really pushed us to purchase anything. They answered all our questions and left us alone while we made our decision. The whole process went smoothly from start to finish. We are very pleased with the results of all the projects that have been completed. I’m sure we will use them for future projects. In fact when they came back for the final inspection we decided to have them replace our house siding also.

      Everyone from the salesman, crew and quality are very professional and thorough. We would highly recommend this company! We have had our roof and gutters replaced and we are now in the process of having our siding and shutters replaced. Call Power Home Remodeling— you will not be disappointed!

      From first meeting the consultant Spencer through the install, everything has been a flawless experience. Clean, professional, and took their time with the details. Very impressed! Would recommend.

      I just had my siding, trim and gutters done by Power Home Remodeling. They were fast with the install and the quality is amazing. I am very happy I went with them for my project. Other companies take forever but Power Home Remodeling does not.
