      I was in the need for new windows. I talked with a salesperson and he stated that since I had an older bay window they would need to replace the entire unit. He said that because the old window had a knee brace supporting it that they would need to remove the knee brace and replace all of my vinyl siding to cover the space left by the brace. I wasn’t intending on getting my house resided but I needed a new window.
      They installed the windows one day and the siding the next day.
      I had some complaints about the unprofessional install of the bay window, gaps, loose boards, rough cuts, and a screen that was not attached properly so a representative was out to the house when the siding was being installed. We went outside and I noticed that the knee brace was still there and that they had sided around it. The new window was deeper than the old one and there were bolts hanging out the bottom of the knee brace platform.
      Before I agreed to the siding the salesperson had told me that “no one would install a new bay window with a knee brace. It just wasn’t good practice.
      I feel that the company took advantage of me because I’m a vulnerable senior citizen. So now I am stuck with siding I didn’t need and a bay window that is not aesthetically pleasing. And I’m out a great deal of money. I have talked with the company and they gave me the runaround just managing up their personnel and their products.

      We had a new roof, gutters, soffit, and facia installed and we could not be happier with the work performed! From the initial consultation to the final walk through, everyone at Power consistently exceeded our expectations - including the installation crews. This is the best possible experience you can have with respect to getting a new roof.

      Misrepresented sales, tech guy said what really was needed was not what was sold, called to talk to a "higher up' who did not care. Contract cancelled. Looking for another vendor.

      They came and installed few windows but they did a bad job , they gave me a smaller window instead of the size I have ,they fill it up with spray foam, they didn’t even silicone it properly . The windows lock some of them are not properly fixed

      Very good product and excellent demonstration from the salesperson I have to say this because it was the reason why I moved forward without thinking it twice on getting my windows and roof done. The installation crew was very profesional and made the installation go very smooth without any hiccups everything well organized and clean. However one of my windows came in broken and the Represent file a report and told me it will be replaced within 2 to 3 weeks, it’s been almost 2 months since and I’ve been calling multiple times not getting an answer only that they will call me back, but haven’t done it yet!!!.
      Honestly when it comes to the office customer service and scheduling there are big areas for improvement. I expressed my experience to the post installation inspector which was a great person also and he apologize for that bad experience I had but that’s not his fault anyways.

      Power home remodeling did a great job. We have been burned by companies in the past and it was great to have a stress free project where everything happened exactly how things were laid out. The crew that did the job were very professional.

      Professional clean and very informative staff. The demonstration of how the window worked was beneficial for us. The salesmen wasn’t pushy and answered all of our questions. We would recommend Power to anyone looking to get work done.
