  Ryan the consultant was very thorough, no pressure. We decided to get out siding and windows done. The pre install inspector took his time making sure everything got done correctly. The installers were very professional and efficient and we are very pleased with the quality of work. Absolutely would recommend!

  Windows are great. Door and shutters are fading from the sun. On May 10 after a few cancellations they came and painted my door. They said nothing could be done about my shutters. While talking with to the service person I found out I can’t install a storm door. I would lose my warranty. This was not disclosed when I made this purchase. I was told they would be back to add a sealant/overcoat in the near future.I had to wait until July 30th. On July 29 Power Home called me to cancel because the person called out sick. They said they would call me back to reschedule. By August 3rd no one returned my call. I called them and they said they could return October 11. Now this has turned into a 6 month project. I paid in full when first installed in good faith. It seems once you have my money, customer service is not a priority. My friend needs windows. I would not recommend your company to anyone. The customer review submission terms says if I file a complaint my review won’t be posted? Why file a complaint if the public can’t benefit by my experiences?

  We had two sales people come to our home, did a great job selling the product and got us to bite. Now realizing it was the biggest financial mistake we have ever made. This started in January 22 the windows were a few weeks out which I understand, given the crazy we were all in, however after 3 cancellations due to the product not being in, the company finally came in April 22. The installation was quick, the help was relatively neat and clean up was great. Three of the window screens were damaged, one window was ordered the wrong size, and a month later, showed with the correct window, but no screens, it wasn't on the order after several phone calls, explaining that I had damaged screens, and which ones. They had already removed my old window that was the wrong size but re-installed it by loading it up with spray foam to keep it in, until the new window showed up. That was a great look! The father and son team that installed it were awesome, and fixed a few of my concerns while they were there. Still had quite a few more, but they had a schedule to meet, which I understand. Several phone calls later, I get another date, 3 weeks out, seems to be the MO. This July 2022 a gentleman showed up with the 3 replacement screens yup another 3 months later, didn't install them, left them with my wife, as they didn't know which ones they were...hmmm the damaged ones? Yesterday, Aug 3rd the service team showed up to address my concerns, which were none of the window sashes they installed, were sealed, completely exposed to weather, rain, bugs etc. I received a text the following morning, Aug 4th, that they would be there the day before? Hmm wish I knew as my wife who works from home, very busy company had to stop her meeting to accommodate the workers. When I came home from work, inspected two of the windows, nope not done, scheduled now Aug22nd to rectify....AGAIN! DO NOT RECOMMEND POWER HRG

  The sales person for my window project was absolutely amazing! I cannot say enough about this company. They are so incredibly thoughtful and knowledgeable. I started with phase 1 and was extremely happy with the installation. I decided to add the rest of my windows. A big project for me but well worth it. Very very very happy I went with Power.

  Fantastic experience from start to finish. Everyone was super kind and professional, never pushy, and very knowledgeable. They have a great product that matches exactly what they tell you during sales, and stand behind it 100%. Turnaround time and scheduling was very quick, and the fact that they have dedicated, in-house installation team makes a huge difference. Cannot recommend enough!

  From start to finish the experience the experience has been extremely stressful. We have had windows windows installed and we are planning on having new sighting installed in the very near future. The sales professionals were extremely polite and friendly. They took their time to is time to show and demonstrate the quality of the products. We were impressed by the no money down policy plus the flexible financing options will financing options. The Timing of the job could have been a little better we did have a few Reschedule appointments, Other than that this process has really been amazing we're very excited about the look of our new home

  I just got a call from this business "To schedule my free home estimate." First of all, I never gave them my phone number, and second of all, the guy who knocked on doors in my No Solicitations townhome community the other day was clearly told to buzz off by me. Over the phone, they then proceeded to lie to me, saying that "another resident of the home" may have given them my phone number, and talked over me to really try and get this "estimate" scheduled. Calling them out on this BS, I let him know that the next time they come by they can have their entire conversation with my german shepherd and see how that goes.

  Great communication throughout. They were very thorough when explaining everything to me. My windows were installed so quickly! So happy!
