      This is my second review sent: I'm not understanding why the team managers at Power are such big liars (Rick P*******, Brad W**** and Ryan). Ryan was the last person that came out on July 14, 2022 stating he would bring me a downspout back that day or the next day (still haven't came)!! He did nailed down the corner of the shingle that wasn't install correctly. However, I never did get the information I requested from Ryan (pictures, contracts and the loan information). These guys are just someone who say they are going to do something and it never gets done. The roof and the gutters or finish (done job). So you can't do anything about it. They got their money from the loan company and you left to pay off a $17,821 loan @ a rate of 9.98 % that you are not happy with the work that was done. I'm very disappointed and not happy with this company. I decided not to call the office again due to already not getting right answering or help. My next step is to register a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I will not recommend this company to anyone!! Awful services.

      Everyone we have met with has been professional and courteous. The crew did a good job and everything was cleaned up in a timely manner. The products speak for themselves and we are happy with the work.

      Power has now done all of our windows and our sliding glass door. Our first experience in 2020 went fine but the installation process left room for improvement. In 2022 we decided to finish the rest of our windows in our house and made clear our expectations for installation, namely communication. Not only did our windows come in 5 weeks ahead of schedule, the installation process was night and day different and communication was clear. We would highly recommend them again.

      I disagree with the 4.46 rating. I am very disappointed with Power Home Remodeling's customer service as it relates to warranty issues. Tomorrow will mark 1yr since I submitted a ticket for a warranty issue related to mold from a prior installation. New projects have a significantly less lead time of 4ish weeks. Since Power Home Remodeling has already received my $4,500 I am not priority. Only new customers are revenue generating. This is pathetic customer service and a poor play at deflecting and assigning blame to other parties. How long are we going to use the "COVID" excuse for delays? I will never do business with your company and their shady practices ever again. I was sold a "top quality product" with "top quality customer service." Oops... both were outright lies. Still waiting to speak with a supervisor, but being told that it may be 24-48hrs. This is also unacceptable. If I had to bet, I won't receive a returned phone call.

      Power just installed our new roof. One week from start to finish. Last Wednesday they knocked on our door and asked if we were interested in a free quote. Thursday we had Jake come give us a very thorough presentation and we decided to get the roof done because we knew it was needed from our home inspection and Power was a large company, they presented us with competitive pricing vs others in the area, they only use high quality products and they could do it really quick, (unlike other things we ordered in this COVID era). This Wednesday the crew showed up and in one day we have a new roof. The only glitch in the whole process was their app to follow along with the process wasn’t working. Other than that everything was perfect. We are now m do our siding and a new front door. Can’t wait!

      Our neighbor, David, works for Power and we were looking for windows because of water and heat coming in the home. David mentioned their affiliation with the military, they use a Pella window, and I looked the company up and saw great reviews so had them come out to give an estimate. Our sales rep, Tony, was very professional, never pushy, and gave us options to start the project so we decided to move forward. The communication was great throughout and installation team was clean, on time, and worked very efficiently. The finished product looks great and we highly recommend Power Home Remodeling to anyone looking for a home improvement project in Florida.

      What we are really appreciative of the fact that the salesman was very thorough with his presentation. We decided to choose power because we wanted to go with a bigger company for our roof because we wanted to make sure that it would be done properly. We are very happy with our decision to choose power. The communication and workmanship from power was excellent. Our roof looks great!
