      Power installed a back door for me. The installation went great. The sales person though was a bit talkative and very dramatic.

      The quality of the entrance door is great and the overall installation was good. We’ve had other work done by Power and felt the quality and installation was excellent. 4 stars instead of 5 because of a few minor things. When the original door, frame and molding were removed the door bell cover was damaged. The hinge was broken off so we have to replace the cover. No offer to replace it. Advised we can get a cover at Home Depot. Nails in the molding were hammered in on an angle. Nails should be flush with the molding. Yes, these are minor but when you are paying several thousand dollars for a product and service, you expect it to be excellent. A few days after the installation, the electronic deadbolt entry system started beeping and flashing. I looked up the alert portion of the installation booklet and took the steps to resolve the issue. Didn’t work so I called Power. I was advised to remove the battery to stop the beeping. Instructions were emailed on how to do this. Turns out it was the same booklet for the installation, etc. An appointment was set up to have the system reset. My husband did remove the battery so the beeping did stop and we just used a key to lock the door. The nails couldn’t be hammered flat and to remove them would require molding to be replaced. I was told the nails might have hit a knot in the wood preventing them from going in flush. Not sure if that’s true. I didn’t even mention the doorbell since our main concern was the lock malfunctioning. I was told it could be a battery was loose or it just needed to be re-set again. It’s possible this could happen again and we’d have to repeat the steps that were done at the time of the service call. We may be a little picky, but after having excellent work done (siding and windows) in the past, we expected the same again.

      Installation: On time and very efficient! We had 30 windows installed and it was completed in one day without any issues.
      The Windows: The windows are beautiful, and we could tell immediately it was worth it! The house was significantly cooler with the 100 degree Texas Heat.

      These guys engage in predatory sales tactics. Their first visit they refused to leave the house and 2 and a half hours went by. Their products are grossly overpriced. They have no moral compass. I would recommend not letting them on your property or even engaging with them. That's the only no they understand.

      We had Power install 4 windows at our home that we’re currently renovating, everything came out great. All of the staff and crew that have visited were very professional and thorough. Overall a great experience.

      This is my 3rd experience with Power. I am more than pleased with the professionalism from each person I have dealt with. I am most pleased about the siding job they are currently doing. ??????????
