      I ordered a 3-month gift subscription on 2/8 and received tracking information on the first installment. The recipient received the first shipment on 2/14 as expected. By 3/17, I hadn't received any tracking information on a 2nd shipment so reached out to the company through their website. On 3/24, still no response from the company and the gift recipient still hadn't received the 2nd shipment so I left another message on the website.I left a voicemail a couple days later and another message on the website on 3/31. I've attempted to open an online chat many times since 3/17 since the company recommends this method of contact. No one has ever been online. I'd really like to receive at least 2/3 of the cost of the subscription refunded to me.

      I purchased a 10 pack of cigars on 2/16/24. I never received a tracking number or any shipping information. When I go to the website there is no information on that either. I have contacted the company multiple times trough emails, phone calls and voice mails, their website, and Instagram. I have not received one reply back. I would like my product or my money back.
