      Company was great for years then around September or so of 2024, things just went down hill. I was billed early December and am still waiting for product. Owner just says, shipping late next week... For 3 weeks now.

      I joined the cigars monthly subscription last year and I have to admit that the products are great, packing is excellent, timely delivered. My problem began when I tried to suspend (later cancel) my subscription. They ignored me and keep sending the products and keep charging me for something that I don't want it anymore. The only way to stop this was to call the credit card company and put a payment stop. Overall, a bad experience.
