Yesterday on 6/28 at approximately 6:55pm, I was driving through the Fort Pitt Tunnels onto the ****************. I was behind a Sheetz gas truck operated by *************, whoever Sheetz contracts out to do their fuel transport in **. The truck driver was attempting to get over in order to connect to Route 28. There was not really that many cars around, which is pretty nice when trying to merge 5 different times in **********. At any rate, instead of doing his due diligence, this particular driver decided to cut across 3 lanes of traffic in order to get into the far right lane. Half of his front was in one lane and half of his bed was in the other lane. As you can imagine, Im a smaller sedan, so I was already in the farther right lane before he had time to cross. Truck drivers are usually taught first of all to anticipate other cars are going to be faster than them, and secondly every driver is taught to look twice before crossing over. Not only did he not look, he assumed he could bully any other cars behind him because he decided to take up the whole space in order to cross over multiple different lanes. Any driver knows to stay in the lane for a bit first before crossing into another lane when trying to get over multiple different lanes. Im sure delivering in this area is hard. Ive seen many trucks delivering many different materials in and around *** and Fort Pitt. They are usually patient and wait. If they have to hold up traffic and put their blinker on in order for someone to let them over into the lane they are trying to get in, they will. This action was completely unnecessary by this driver. He put my life at risk. Im not sure how you guys train your drivers, but especially with a Class C CDL transporting flammable materials, this was unacceptable. After all was said and done, he still had the audacity to give me the finger. The sad part is, if he wouldve hit me, he wouldnt have even known because the truck is so big. Pay attention. Do better.

Today 3/27/2023 I was here at the Rochester Sheetz store number #*** with my special needs clients. While waiting on them to finish using the restroom I placed a mobile order to cut down on waiting time during the lunch rush. While waiting in the cafe area I go to the mobile ordering site and noticed that my drink with my order was ready so I go and get it. Im a type 2 diabetic and my blood sugar was 67 l during this time so naturally I go and get it in order to get my blood sugar level elevated. As Im walking away my name get called so go to the cafe area to place my chips with my clients and go to get my order. As I proceed to walk away one of the employees stops me and says **** dont you ever go behind here to get your order, if you need your order get one of us. I told him ****** and went back to the cafe area. There were several people watching this exchange and I felt beyond embarrassed. There is no visible sign to for customers to wait for an employee to get their food so I assumed I could go and get it. After this exchange I went back to the cafe area but due to the embarrassment that I was feeling I lost my appetite. I waited until my special needs clients were finished with their lunch to finally exit of this Sheetz location. I personally think you guys need to do more customer service training with your employees so no other customer feels this type of embarrassment and also you need to have signs at this location about getting your mobile order.

I wouldn't even give them one star. Horrible human beings own this business. I live in ********, **. Sheetz is building one of its truck stops on the edge of a middle-class neighborhood near me. Our part of town has tried to keep them from building in our small neighborhood shopping center, taking over most of the parking lot. We've had no success. Everything they are doing is "legal". BUT since this location is very busy and a half of a block from individually-owned homes, we wanted a traffic study done. The **************** has refused this. So WHO in our city is in their back pocket? Disdain for my city from Sheetz and city "leaders" is killing this part of town Shame on you!!!

Be careful when you order a Sheetz subscription. They unknowingly cancel your subscription and do not pay back the days owed. It also takes 30 plus minutes just to get through to customer service. I do not recommend ********************** nor recommend buying any of their subscriptions.

**One star because zero stars isn’t an option** Went out of my way to buy soft serve ice cream and it was filled with pieces of rubber the size of shredded cheese, when I took it back and rudely interrupted casual convo between workers leaning around they laughed and said “thanks”. No effort was made to make it right after they watched me throw it away. Bottom line, if you buy something and find it’s not edible forget any expectation you had of getting what you paid for. Depending on the response from sheetz customer service I’ll be filing a complaint with bbb resolution or just litigation to follow. Kdka needs involved because there are hundreds out there with similar experiences. I’d imagine sheetz has cheated customers out of hundreds of thousands in all 6 states that they operate. I could’ve ended up in the hospital due to their incompetence, that must have been what was so hilarious. I’ll starve to death or die from dehydration before I spend another penny at ANY crooked urine stained sheetz.
