      I am trying to get a 3-month subscription cancelled and a refund for all weeks left, plus the week that includes the start of this venture. I called on March 26 using a telephone number cited in emails form the Post-Gazette **************** for any problem. I was transferred to the ************** at which I spend approximately ***** minutes with someone that was clueless. She could not locate my name, address, telephone number, email number and kept telling that I had no account. I informed her that I put the one time 3-month subscription on my Discover card, but she still insisted that I am not in their system. If that is the case, then why am I still getting the Sunday paper? After about *********************************************************************************************** for my subscription. I have been going back and forth with the **************** Center by email since March 26, getting response to "contact another department for faster service, and to send proof of the charge, which I did. Since I haven't heard from them by today, I tried calling again, but because the wait time was rather long I chose the option to have them call me hack. They called at 4:06PM today, but my phone did not ring and I missed it. However, I saw and called right back at 4:12PM and they were closed. I get the impression that they are doing everything in their power to not cancel my subscription and/or refund my money. I only got the subscription for the want ads section for apartment and house rentals, which I was told when I ordered the subscription that it is still in the paper. However, that information was incorrect; the rental section is no longer in the paper. I even had someone else try to find the rental section, but not luck. Now the delivery person is leaving two papers on Sunday. I want the subscription canceled as of March 26 and a refund.

      I enrolled in PostGazetteE online for $52 for a year. I was informed I was not eligible for this subscription because I was already currently enrolled in the 8 weeks for **** plan. The $52 payment on 11//25/23 on masercard ending X5392 was processed and since then I have been trying to have the refund issued. I have ******, fle a dispute with mastercard (they have contacted PG) and tried calling twice and after being on hold ---- the call is disconnected. I am contacting BBB hoping that someone at PG wlll review and issue my refund.

      I have contacted the Post Gazette on at least 15 occasions that the paper is not being delivered to us. But it is being delivered to our neighbors. I paid in advance way back in October and have not received ONE issue since then. I was told on multiple occasions That I would get a call back from a supervisor, but nobody ever called. I have asked Them on numerous times to get this resolved and they have done NOTHING to get this resolved and I'm sick of it.

      Caller from post gazette offered subscription for Sunday delivery. I purchased it and in five weeks received ONE newspaper. I called, week after week with promises I would receive a paper to no avail. Hours on the phone mostly waiting for someone to talk to, then having to drive to a store to purchase something I already paid for. I believe it’s fraud to sell something you do not, will not, and cannot deliver. The strike didn’t stop them from selling the subscription so why is the strike being used as an excuse for not receiving it.

      Cancelled my subscription to the post gazette because of 10 non delivery in a period of 8 months. They said they would get a refund and credit my account as of 6/22/23 I have not received anything. The real problem is that they got received funds for a contract and I didn’t receive service.

      We have a subscription with the Post Gazette and have had for many years. The print edition is now only 2 days a week, Thurs and Sunday. Half of the time we don't get them both in the same week. They say they are giving us credits. We are sick and tired of this terrible business and wanted a refund but they will not do it. Today we couldn't even find one in a local store, we tried 4 different ones. They all said they rarely get them either and if they do they are scattered outside the business. This is thievery in my opinion. They take your money and you don't get what you pay for.

      I did finally get a phone call this evening from this company saying this isn't their company even though when I put in the email address they gave me it is the same company.  Shameless.

      I subscribed to the Pittsburgh Post Gazette online subscription. When I cancelled after a month. I saw that they continued to charge by credit card. When I called about refunding the charges. I was told they do not refund online subscriptions. They are criminally charging. Customers.

      I purchased a subscription for delivery of the Sunday Pittsburgh Post Gazette over a year ago and the subscription was to run through the remainder of 2022. In October, when the PG employees went on strike, the PG quit delivering my paper. I called every week to request a refund for non-delivery of the paper I paid to receive and I was told I would get a credit. I called every week for months, and the credits kept getting extended. It is nearly 6 months later, and there is no resolution. I asked for a refund and I was told I could not get a refund because of the type of subscription I purchased. The agreement I had with the PG did not include the option that the PG would not honor its commitment to deliver a weekly paper to me. I paid for something I did not receive. I escalated my request to get a refund to a supervisor and the supervisor also denied the request saying we had to call every week to have the credit extended. I don't want credits. I want my paper and if the PG cannot fulfill its end of our agreement by delivering a newspaper, I believe I am entitled to a refund. I am requesting that the PG refund to me the amount of a credit that I have with them.

      I subscribed to the digital Post-Gazette in November 2022. My records show that I cancelled the subscription on or before December 2, 2022. I cancelled on the post-gazette.com website, and over the phone. The customer service representative I spoke to was unprofessional, but they indicated that the issue was resolved. My bank account records indicate that I was charged $14 twice on 12/5/2022, twice on 12/8/2022, once on 1/5/2023, and once on 2/7/2023, for a total of $84. I’ve been unable to resolve this issue with the company directly, and my most recent attempt was today, 2/14/2023 when I emailed them at ************************.

      They said I agreed to this if I didn't stop it as soon as this agreement ran out , I agreed to this. I did not see anything like this. Got scammed. This is Fraud . I told them I wanted my money back, they said no. I ask to speak to a manager and got cut off !!!!!!
