I did not receive a Sunday paper for ALL of October, November and December only to find out my neighbor WAS receiving a Sunday paper. I called EVERY Sunday and was told I wasn't getting a paper because of the union strike (but, my neighbor WAS getting the paper). I finally spoke to a real live person and they extended my subscription three months BUT, in January I wasn't getting a paper every week. I finally started getting a Sunday paper EVERY week starting in February. Now they have the gull to bill me $86.50 for the Sunday papers I had ALREADY paid for. The Putts Gazette is the worse bunch of idiots to work with. I REFUSE to pay them a penny for their lousy delivery service and even worse, they HORRENDOUS lack of professional customer "service" reps.

I have tried to cancel my post gazette subscription for over a year now. I have a half dozen calls into them and each time the Customer Rep assures me it will stop. Finally it stopped about 3-5 months ago. Two weeks ago the Sunday paper began again to show up. I had a lot of issues trying to get it stopped. It took several phone calls. I'm frustrated. I didn't authorize the Post Gazette to automatically charge my account. I don't know what to do to make this stop.
