      My experience was horrible, to say the least. So many issues experienced from communication, nonexistent cleanup, workmanship quality, install correctness, and in my opinion, blatant lack of care in work and for the customer. I will admit that Cody was active in hearing my complaints and wanted and attempted to fix them, but all of my complaints and issues had to be found by outside parties rather than his foreman who is supposed to look over the job, which gives me no confidence in what I just paid for. To add, my metal portion of my roof leaks. Cody did try and come address this and fixed some items noted. Then we found some rotten siding causing it to leak in one area that he temporarily remedied. But I’ve seen and have proof that it leaks in multiple other areas aside from where the siding was rotten. Cody did not seem to agree and didn’t have a solution for fixing the remainder of the leaks. According to his Google review response, he talks badly of me as a customer saying that “Maybe he just wanted a free roof” after I already paid him the full amount.

      To add, after I posted a Google review, I immediately received some pretty nasty text messages saying how inaccurate and false my posting was and continued to receive lengthy texts of him trying to make himself sound like I was lying and in the wrong. This person is not a professional business person that you want to deal with and clearly does not know what he is doing.

      The rep was at my house for approximately 5 minutes & advised that the measurements of the roof & building would be taken from a satellite image. Told that they needed 3 business days to complete estimate. 5 business days came and went & still no estimate. Sent a text, received no answer. 2 days later called and left a message, no return call. Waited another day, sent another text and called, still no response. Assumed by this time they just weren’t professional enough to communicate or follow-through and they weren’t interested in giving me an estimate. If they weren’t honest now & didn’t have enough integrity to let me know that they were not interested in doing a roof for me, can’t imagine that they would complete work after accepting a contract & deposit or just leave the project incomplete with no communication. Not impressed. The only thing you have is your name and the name Cory Helm doesn’t stand for anything good in my experience.
