      If you are seeking a home equity loan and your lender agent is using Spring EQ as the underwriter, I would strongly recommend that you turn somewhere else! Spring EQ requires you to pay upfront for a "full appraisal" for your home property! It cost me $520 for nothing because Spring EQ denied the loan! I have seen reports that some people had to pay even more for their "full appraisal"! Fortunately, I was able to obtain a home equity loan elsewhere without having to get a "full appraisal" and paying $520 for nothing! So Spring EQ can just keep all their money and sit on it or choke on it for all I care!!!

      I was lied to by ******* ****** regarding hard credit pull, stated he couldnt give out rate information and everything would be disclosed after application. Extremely misleading, criticized other businesses , stated they were doing things the right way when in actuality he outright lied. Not to mention I received no less than 10 calls, emails and texts in one day. DO NOT do business with this company-they cannot deliver what they say and its a scam.
