I left my car for service. I was charged a diagnosis fee of $293.49 on 1/8/2025. The diagnosis could not find the cause of the problem with my car shutting off or the radio rebooting throughout the day. The driver's side door switch was supposed to be repaired but nothing was done.I went to an expert foreign car service and the problem was resolved in 15 minutes.I went on the internet and found the radio problem can be resolved by rebooting the radio to the factory setting.Customer Answer

I RECEIVED A CALL FROM A WOMAN IDENTIFYING HERSELF AS CALLING ON BEHALF OF PORSCHE OF CONSHOHOCKEN WITH REGARFD TO MY BBB COMPLAINT ON 2/20/2025 AT 10:22 A.M.
SHE LISTENED ATTENTIVELY TO HOW KAROSSERIE FOREIGN CAR REPAIR SOLVED THE PROBLEM THAT CAUSING MY 2017 PORSCHE MACAN TO SHUT OFF WHEN LEFT IDLING.
I MENTIONED I SOUGHT REIMBURSEMENT OF THEIR DIAGNOSTIC FEE CHARGED FOR SERVICE ON 1/8/2025 AS IT DID NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM.
I WAS TOLD SOMEONE WOULD GET BACK TO ME. TO DATE, THEY HAVEN'T FOLLOWED UP!

I took my car to the service center in May 2024 due to an engine light issue. They completed the repairs by November 2024, but the problem persisted. Initially, there was only one issue, but when they returned the car, it had additional problems, including a broken window switch and a damaged rubber seal in the gas tankissues unrelated to the engine. The service center took my car back to fix it again but ran into a dispute with the insurance company over the coverage amount. They were unable to reach an *************, they are charging over $16,000 for the repairs, with more than $6,000 coming out of my pocket while the insurance company covers the rest. However, they cannot provided an estimated completion date, and the repairs could take several more ********* has already been 10 months. When I call them, they say there is nothing they can do.I do not believe I should have to pay for this. They should have properly fixed the issue within the past year and ensured my car was maintained during their work.Initial Complaint

I went to this *********************** to perform my **** Q5 ****** mile service. At the beginning, the service manager gave me a paper to sign for the proposed service to be provided, which I agreed upon. However, there was no number on the estimated charge. After roughly 3 hours of work, I was told the service was done and I was told to pay for over 2000 dollars, which was a very big surprise to me. Then the manager handed me the signed paper saying that I have agreed on the estimated charges, which was completely not true, but I dont have any means to prove it. Then I asked him to go over with the charges, and it turned out that the service parts only cost less than 400 dollars, but with over 1500 dollars for the labor!!! It was a three hour work, so the hourly rate was more than 500 dollars. This is really not only a surprise to me, but also looks like stealing money from customers pockets. Therefore, I am filling out this complaint and request this business to reduce and readjust the charge to a fair and market price.Initial Complaint

Purchased a 2019 **** Q7 from West Chester **** with a "zero deductible 100% coverage" extended warranty. Took the car to the dealer with video evidence of an electronic feature defect. Their service department found no diagnostic codes. Took the car to another **** shop who also found no diagnostic codes, but their test drive and my video evidence did confirm the defect. Since no codes were registered there was nothing to "bill the warranty provider" for, so I was forced to pay two separate diagnostic fees of $195 plus tax. Shame on me. This was the second car I bought from WC ****, also with a so-called warranty that I had problems with. I got tired of paying for something I wasn't getting, both the features and the warranty, so I traded the car on a 2022 Genesis ***** I requested a refund on the unused portion of the warranty. Beginning 7/20/2024 I sent multiple emails to ***** *********** and others that were returned as undeliverable. Also on 7/20 I texted *********** who replied. I informed him I would send the emails from a separate count, which I did, and they were not returned. After receiving no reply on 8/5/2024 I sent *********** a **** Priority mail which was signed for on 8/7/2024. I requested receipt of the package, calculation of the refund and a check within 10 business days.Thirty days later neither WC **** nor *********** have replied. Apparently they have no interest in resolving this. I know for certain they should refund the warranty because they did so on the other 2019 **** Q7 from a few months prior. This car was also bought with the same warranty, also had other electronic issues and was never repaired. When I traded it on the second Q7 they refunded the balance of the other warranty.Originally I would have been satisfied with a pro-rated refund but now that offer is off the table. I want the entire $4,881 I paid for this warranty refunded, otherwise I will take them to small claims court.Initial Complaint

I purchased my vehicle on August 29th, 2023 with salesman ******. Part of the transaction included trading my 2020 ******** ***. **** received a payoff of $28,307.67 on said date and this was the amount they were contracted to pay ******** when I signed the contract and drove away with my vehicle on 8.29.23. I received a call from ******** on 9.2.23 advising that my payment is due and they have not received the payoff check. Instead of incurring a late payment on my credit, I decided to make the monthly payment and was advised by a manager that I would then be reimbursed once **** sends the payoff check. **** called ******** Finance on 9.5.23, got a new payoff, and paid the lesser amount, completely breaching the contract I signed with them on 8.29.23. I called and spoke with ****** who on record told me, he personally dropped off a check at Wilmington ******** for the $28,307.67. I responded saying that this makes no sense, since I NEVER did business there. He then said, they do this all the time. I called a few days later with proof that he was lying, he then said well your monthly payment should be lower since you made that payment post contract. I logged into my account and compared it with my contract, that was another LIE! Now I have made several complaints with **** USA customer service and left several messages for the manager. I have yet to receive a call or email from anyone and I am out of $598. I am appalled at the level of unprofessionalism and downright theft that has taken place. It seems that everyone in that branch is covering the dishonesty that's going on, since I have called and left messages for several senior managers and NO ONE has courtesy of returning not a single call. That entire branch needs to be audited. I need and will get my refund!Initial Complaint

December 2022 I purchased a used auto from the warehouse Conshohocken. It is now March 8th 2023 and the dealer has not sent the financial institution (**** **** ****) the title. I contacted the financial institution and they advised me the dealer has not responded to their request for the title. They have contacted the dealer multiple times. Registration has not been submitted to Penndot. My license plates are still linked to my traded in vehicle. Its close to 90 days and I have not received registration in the mail. Also when I purchased the car, it was not inspected. I drove a hour home and found it had a oil leak. Oil level was below the minimum line. The **** pre inspection report stated the oil was good level so that report was falsified. I immediately let the dealer know. They responded when I bring it in for service, they will look at it. I could not bring it in until February 2023 because it was leaking oil. I did not want to damage the engine driving a hour back. I finally took it back to the dealers service department. They completed the we owe work and completed state inspection on the vehicle but told me there was no oil leak. The oil leak seen was work completed after the vehicle was sold. I did not complete any work on the vehicle. I responded to the sales manager that I notified you guys of the oil leak after purchasing it. There was no response from the sales manager after that. Also when they completed the service for inspection, they put incorrect mileage on the service work order. The current mileage of the car entered was when the car was purchases. They did this to make their paper trail correct. I have not been able to fix the oil leak and the transmission has issues/signs it will be going soon. This dealer is wrong for what they have done to me and other people. Looking at reviews they are similar stories so they have been doing this for a long time. I am not able to fix the oil leak with my own money because of the cost associated with it.Initial Complaint

Date of Transaction: 05 Oct 22 Amount of Transaction: $64.00 (Not including sales tax and misc.charges) I went to the Audi West Chester Dealership for them to conduct my annual PA Vehicle Inspection. The PA Vehicle Inspection consists of two separate and distinct inspections, a Safety Inspection and an Emission Inspection. If you have owned your vehicle for more than 1 year AND it was driven fewer than 5,000 miles it is EXEMPT from an Emission Inspection. I was charged $64.00 for an Emission Inspection by the Dealership even though I was exempt. $64.00 is the FULL PRICE for an Emission Inspection. The was NO Emission Inspection performed and that service was NOT provided, yet I billing as if it had been done. On 06 Oct, I called Audi and spoke with Amanda G****** the Service Advisor. She acknowledged that my vehicle was exempt from the Emission Inspection and that the inspection had NOT been done. She also confirmed that I had been billed the FULL COST for a service that was NOT performed. I informed Ms G****** that I should not have been charged but she was unwilling to adjust the invoice in any way. The attached "Sticker Issuance Report" will confirm that my vehicle qualified for the <5000 Miles Exemption. The Sticker Issuance Report would also include the Emission Test results if the test had been done. No results appear because no tests were conducted. In summary, I was charged the Full Price for an Emission Inspection that was not conducted and that my vehicle EXEMPT from taking.Initial Complaint

I purchase a 2018 ***** *** in Feb. On delivery I receive 1 key fob. I was told the 2nd key fob was with the original owner and I would get it once he gets it from his summer home. I waited until May to inquire about the 2nd key. I was told that the original owner had not gotten it yet. I called back 2 more times. I was told that the original owner is not responding to them. I called a 3rd and 4th time was keep getting told that a manager will call me back. No one is calling me back. I feel that I am owed the 2nd key fob.
