      There is a reason that a car salesman has a bad reputation. Because they will say anything, do anything, to sell you a car. Only once they have sold you the car all contact/follow up, promises come to a halt. Part of my deal with the salesman was to fix the cosmetic scratches that were quite visible. He said “of course you’re a customer for life!”. After the purchase he conveniently forget his promise. Finally after an in person visit it was agreed that the shop would repair the scratches. The “detailer” slapped some grey primer on my white car & that was it. My car looked like a Dalmatian! The car has been in the service department FIVE times in seven months. While it was there the scratches were to be addressed correctly The car was in for a trans code, a blue tooth connection problem, a rear camera recall, a coolant leak due to a defective part, & finally it stayed for 7 weeks as the blue tooth antenna had to be replaced, again. Yes, I did have a loaner for some of the service work but it was still inconvenient. My service advisor, Beth Manning, was great and finally got approval to repair the damage done by the detail shop. My car is under warranty so I did not have to pay for any of the blue tooth antenna work. I was lucky. I was hoping that some of the maintenance work would be comped due to the extended service time. I was told that since they had to spend so much money fixing the paint issue they were not going to comp my maintenance. My car did looked beautiful.The paint job was amazing and it only took nine months of begging everyone from the salesmen, Donte M*****, to the manager, the owner and the service department. Long! story short. I asked some ?? ‘s and was finally able to have the chat that I had been longing to have with Donte. I ending up calling him a liar. The owner Rob Nouri came over and instead of apologizing for everything I went through he banned me from the dealership. Told me to stop talking and get out. How’s that for customer service!!
