  Looks like this company is out of business, and we are left with windows that need repairs. The repair was supposed to be done when the windows were installed but was not. We are now stuck after paying over $30,000, and cant reach anyone to help us with our situation. Horrible experience with a horrible company.

  Gone! Poof! Phone number disconnected, Website down. I have a HORRENDOUS sliding glass door that is falling apart at the seams and I have a feeling that it will never be corrected by their "lifetime warranty". Truely disgusting scam of a company. I will be talking to a lawyer about my options because I have no reason to pay for a door that does not actually work.

  Horrible outcome!
  They lied , the wrong patio door was installed for 5000.00, I have a cheap flimsy sliding doors. No blinds in between the glass for this price is HIGHWAY ROBBERY!
  I could have gotten the same door for 1100.00 at Lowes. He said he would order the blinds for 1100.00 more I said OK, called 5-8 times with No return call.
  And he tells me my salesman is t there anymore 2 weeks after installed.

  This company is a fraud the quality of the windows are very poor for the money I was charged and I have called many time and left a message regarding my complaint regarding the windows installation and the repair needed and until this day no response

  This is the worst company to ever do business with. I regret making that phone call and having them doing any kink of work for me. they installed my door didn't lined it up properly so my lock keeps jamming I have to push the door in with one hand and turn the lock for the door to lock properly. I have my lock with the previous door for years working and never had any issues at all, after I reported the problem to them they told me its not a valid warranty issue there's nothing they can do. They stop answering all my calls , haven't returned any calls from all the messages I've left them. they keep say my lock is the problem because I didn't use their lock on the door. given, this is the security lock that comes with my alarm system. I cannot change it or my security for my front door will not work. I ended up filing a complaint agains them through their finance co. with no solution. I can't use the automated lock for my alarm system anymore because the lock gets jammed because of the door not closing properly, I spent a lot of money replacing this door and for this to happen I am really pissed.The contractor who took my call realized it was me calling responded by text saying hell call me back in a few and never did. The place where they was suppose to put the screws they put glue there so the screws are all missing...WARNING!! don't ever use this company YEUREKA HOME REMODELING LLC to do any work for you or you will have lots of regret. They did my neighbors door as well and they are having the same issues with Yeureka they can't get a hold of Yeurek to come backhand fix their door which is NOT closing properly either. I specifically told them the lock isn't the problem...the DOOR is but, they want to use the lock as excuse to noncom out and fix the problem. I'm exhausting every option if it doesn't work, this will become a legal issue for Yeureka. I regret ever knowing who they are. Not once did they mentioned..ok we'll come back and see what's going on

  What a nightmare! We put down over half in cash directly from our bank account. We paid up front in February 2022. The windows came in May. It was supposed to be a 2 day window installation. Well it's December and I have a wrong sized window in place since May. I've had to fight for the trim to be done and this same window since the beginning. Well they wanted to be paid, but the job wasn't completely done. Yeureka took the money out of our checking account WITHOUT authorization or permission! They had our account number for the initial deposit only, but they still just took our money. My husband happened to look at our account and there was only $100 left! Who would be responsible to pay for thousands of dollars for bounced checks this certainly would have caused. They took almost $6,000 from our account. Totally fraudulent business practices. We trusted them with this information for the designated deposit only. We had the money set aside to pay on the day of completion as previously agreed to. Bjs needs to have a warning that their jobs are farmed out to vendors from out of state. Terrible experience! I would not do business with them ever again.

  We got Yureka through BJs and were a little skeptical. We did hit a small rough patch during the installation process, but the end result was quality work. We have neighbors, who have been admiring the work and asking for their contact.

  I agree with Denise I. We were promised for an excellent job satisfaction guarantee.
  Our project was not a whole house but just only a front face siding and front roof and porch. The siding crew started 1st week of July 2022. After a week, they had to stop because they’re missing 3 pieces of siding! We had to wait for a month! Same with the front roof. A crew came in 1 day and only did the top front roof. Took them 2 weeks to have another crew to finish the porch roof. They didn’t even replace the lining.
  It’s now September 2022, they have a lot of mistakes, roof uneven, window trim uneven and has a dent, trash all over, crown molding pieces were left out in our driveway. We don’t know when they’re going to finish this.
