The siding part of the job was completed in the spring of 2021. By the time the first daytime rain came in August I noticed the gutters leaking. Yeureka sent several crews out to inspect the problem over the next year, each one with a different reason for the problem and a promise to fix it. No one ever came to resolve the issues. Starting in August of 2022 Yeureka refused to ************* or return my calls when I would leave a message. In February of 2023 when I got a call from a salesperson representing Yeureka trying to sell me something, she turned my complaint over to someone which resulted in yet another person coming out to assess the problem. His name was ***** (came out 2/16/2023) and he told me all the drip edge on the roof had been torn off and some shingles were damaged which is why the gutters are leaking. He got all the information he needed about my shingles and assured me the repairs would be done. Never heard another word from Yeureka and again left many messages with no response. By August I resorted to calling the contractor that installed my roof and the first they could come out was December 1, 2023. Attached is the estimate and some pictures of some of the damages caused by Yeureka. This information was sent to Yeureka yesterday. I would like Yeureka to pay to have these damages fixed by someone I know is going to do it correctly, Power Home Remodeling.Initial Complaint

I had windows installed almost a year ago. I've been calling nonstop due to incorrect windows installed in my THREE bathrooms. The last I spoke with someone, I was told the obscure glass was being ordered, and that was over 9 months ago. Now, whenever I call, the phone just rings. Almost like I am being ignored! I also have one window, in my kids bathroom, that is not locking properly. This should t be happening. I let the finance company know the job was complete because I was promised obscure glass for my bathrooms.....AND STILL NOTHING!!!! Someone needs to call me back!!!!!Initial Complaint

On May 4, 2023, I executed a contract with Yeureka Home Remodeling to replace the siding on my house. The siding was completed and we informed on July 4, 2023 I sent an email to the Project Manager informing him that and we sent him a list of the items needed as per the executed contract, the installation of the gable vents, 4 raised shutter panels and the reinstallation of the downspouts and gutters. We emailed and called repeatedly and no one has returned our calls or emails. The billing statement comes in every month and it is paid. In February 2023, my girlfriend was shopping at BJs and was stopped by an advertiser whom assisted with setting up a contracting consultation for windows. On February 21, 2023, a contract was agreed upon to replace 7 window and only replace window sills if they get damaged in the process. The bathroom window was specifically supposed to be frosted glass as well. The contract was financed through service finance company for $14090.00.On May 3, 2023, the windows were installed by the company's subcontractors. The windows were all installed, however, the bathroom window was not frosted glass, the window sill was damaged and replaced with a low quality replacement and there was damage done to the dry wall. My girlfriend (whose name is not on the contract) did not notice the existing problems and signed off on the job as completed. I attempted to get in contact in with company several times in order to rectify the problem, but they would fail to respond. I then submitted a claim through the loan company on May 31, 2023 to assist with the issue. As of October 25, 2023, the company will only offer a $250 credit towards the window and refuses to repair the wall and install the correct window and proper window sill.Initial Complaint

Had 18 home windows installed that included lifetime warranty. One window was installed that had a scratch on the glass and a damaged screen, several messages , emails ,pictures over a period of weeks before I was notified it would be replaced in a few weeks. Replacement windows installed with a large scratch (several inches) on interior window frame / handle (used to open and close window ). Installer took a picture of damage and left. I emailed , called, sent my own picture of damage (asked why window installer would not inspect before installing) with no response .it has been weeks.Initial Complaint

The locks on my windows do not work. I have called and emailed dozens of times over the last 7 months and no one has ever returned my calls or emails. The windows were installed in July so they were not even 6 months old when the locks failed. I had windows, doors and siding installed in the summer of 2020 by Eureka Home Remodeling. In April 2023, I reached out to the company as a strange wire had come through the siding and our bay window's seal has broken. We are also having issues with the back door and screen. I originally spoke with ************************* on April 3rd (after weeks of calling and not able to reach a live person at the company and provided him photos of the issues. He informd me that the siding is no longer being made in this color and that he'd have to involve his superior. After that,the next time I reached out, I got a response stating he was no longer with the company and to contact the production team. I've left numerous messages and no response. I called around the company's directory until I was able to reach *************** who is responsible for financing who assured me he would take care of it. I texted him photos of the issues on May 18th and he responded that installation and service should be reaching out soon. I reached out again on June 13th to let him know that I had heard from no one and he said he'd follow up with those departments. I have sent him several texts since and still haven't heard anything. This company told me they have a lifetime warranty on their products and yet I cannot get service.Initial Complaint

I contacted **** Home Improvement for a roof installation. **** sent Yeureka Home Improvement, their local contractor, to provide a quote for the roof. I decided to move forward with the purchase and signed loan documents for the job on May 6, 2023. The installation began on May 12, 2023. The project cost is $29,874.59. I was told by the project manager for Yeureka (******) on May 15, 2023, that Yeureka removed **** from the job and did the job as if I contacted Yeureka directly. This is fraud because I never was asked or gave permission to remove **** from the project. Had ****** not shared this with me after the job was almost 100% completed, I would not have known this. No one from Yeureka or **** told me this prior to my signing of any paperwork and I would not have moved forward with this project directly through Yeureka. I am familiar with the **** brand and contacted **** for my project.
