This store used to be great . Not anymore ! The produce is terrible , most of it is going bad and what isnt is awful .The managers are SO snotty ! Especially ****** ! She stands by the registers and watches people like they are going to steal something .The older woman at the service desk acts like she would rather throw up than wait on you .They have stopped carrying so many items that i used to purchase , and they raise their prices every week now ! Not jusr a little , some things go up a dollar or more in a week ! Im not the only customer that has decided to find a new store to shop at . I spend 300 dollars plus a week just for the 2 of us . Its too bad they turned into a hateful mess !

This store has employees that do not display quality customer service. The workers at THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK are even worse

Giant eagle is the worst for customer service. I shopped at the giant eagle at the waterfront for 2 sale items salmon and chicken thighs. I was told the items never arrived from the warehouse when the clerk then tried to bait and switch me with a higher price item. I then asked for a rain check and was told that they don’t do that anymore. I asked why is the big sale item still being displayed if they don’t have the item. Really poor customer service and this isn’t the first time that this happened. ******* *

I don't know if the store has changed management but everything else has changed. The store now charges for bags and they use gimmicky and misleading advertising in there sales ads. I've often went to the store and asked about a sale Item only to be told they have ran out or the shipment hasn't arrived yet. The store has retail prices with warehouse service; at one time I enjoyed shopping at Giant Eagle but that has changed and I'm done shopping at Giant Eagle stores after todays 'sales ad' misrepresentation.

It seems giant eagle is so environmentally concerned that theyve gone to these HORRIBLE bags that rip half the time. They should be more concerned with the inconvenience it is for their customers when theyre picking ** groceries in the parking lot I spend about $300 a week there but Im leaving Ive decided to start going to Kroger.

I was told my medication for my seizures and migraines was shipped on 4-24-2023... 3 times, including this morning until I spoke with some different gentleman. It was never shipped.... I'm writing here to inform you that I called and spoke with ******* the pharmacist of ********************************************************************** and she had yelled at me when I told her I would write a complaint to the better business bureau about this being my second time having complications with them sending my seizure medication. I'll explain... ******* would not deliver my medication for me this time for the week long hardship of waiting for my medication( which they never shipped on the 24th as promised ) which was delivered to me in February same day delivery by one of the pharmacist door dashers, when they didn't send my medication out when they promised in the past. ******* continued to raise her voice at me after I accepted her telling me " no " on same day delivery and she said she will place it in the mail after her shift is over. ******* committed to yelling at me and I said " it is what it is and I'm filing a complaint anyway, I appreciate your time and patience with me, when will my medication arrive ? ******* said " tomorrow when I give it to the mail carrier " I cut her off and told her I'm done being given the run around and lied to. Have a good night I'll get my medicine when I get it. And immediately hung up for my mental health. I record phone calls due to the fact I have a landlord who thought he could violate my rights and get away with it. Look into my address and name. I don't want to keep practicing and protecting my rights. I have seizures and have massive migraines and topiramate is a maintenance medication that no patient should have to suffer over 7 days through this hardship for their medicine. I am a proud shopper of giant eagle, please don't have a pharmacist ruin this for me. I have F43:10 PTSD and other disabilities. I will exercise my constitutional rights in court.

To all customers, Yes you have to present a drivers license in order to purchase alcohol in all store brands. It is the law period. Further, it should be required to designate certain beverages in both type and ounces to be consumed along with a food purchase and consumed in the store. I pray one day that Giant Eagle will comply.

The pharmacist who refused to administer a vaccination didn't seem to know that 4 doses is considered fully immunized by cdc guidance. They didn't give me a flu vaccine either. I wasn't aware pharmacists are allowed to practice medicine.

Compliments to the Giant Eagle organization regarding the packaging of distilled water (Giant Eagle brand). The cardboard container contains three jugs. Excellent idea! That is just the right amount of weight that can easily be carried. Carrying single jugs is too clumsy. Some other stores have four packs. That is too heavy for most people. The cardboard containers are easily opened by hand .... no box cutter required. Thanks for taking the time to find out what consumers really want.
