    Our business completely burned down in a massive wildfire, and although we operated 3 more years remotely before closing, when we requested to have our External Online Store account at ********************** High Jump Nexternal closed, they doubled our final bill and said they could due to the "small print" that we signed almost 10 years ago saying that we would need to clarify certain orders as "shipped" even though our customers automatically get the tracking numbers sent indicating the shipment, and so after the fire, they gave us the option to go in a click on thousands of orders to change them to "shipped," so they wouldn't double our last and final bill, and so far have not been willing to simply override the policy, as clicking for hours on orders, when you are deleting and turning something off, shouldn't matter at all practically. This company may be owned by Russian liars maybe. Either way, they will exploit you when you are down. Reminds me of the time I went into **** of America to cash an impound account check **** of America wrote me, and they said I had to pay them money to cash their own check to me out of my money (exploit me) so I told them no, asked them to waive the fee, and they didn't want to, so I cancelled my credit card with them. Greed eats away at our society. Don't do business with this company. They will rip you off.

    We contacted the client and showed them how to properly close their outstanding orders that impacted their closing balance. After this step was completed, the closing balance was in line with their expiations and this issue was promptly resolved.
