    Taylor Made Solutions LLC installed a new roof on my house in November of 2021 as part of the installation of solar panels on my roof by Palmetto Solar. I only have a signed contract with Palmetto Solar (who hired Taylor Made Solutions LLC on their own). In July of 2023 the roof leaked during a rain storm. I complained to Palmetto Solar to contact the roofing company and get it fixed and they never got back to me. I have tried multiple times to contact Taylor Made Solutions LLC directly but contact has proven to be impossible. Their website has a 'chat' feature that fails every time you try to use it and I have called their phone number multiple times and still have yet to speak to anybody from Taylor Made Solutions LLC.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

    I have attempted to call Dan T***** 4 times now and have not yet spoken to him or received a call back from him.  On 3/19/2024 at 9:54 am I called him and left a message.  I did not hear back from him all day so I called again at 5:47 pm but I did not leave a second message.  On 3/20/2024 I called Dan at 8:37 am twice and on the second attempt I left another voicemail message for him.  I still have yet to hear from anybody at Taylor Made Solutions.
