  We hired ***************************** of JC Home improvements to renovate our home. The job cost appt $40,000. We have paid him $25,000 and the job is still incomplete. The job was supposed to take 30 days and its been more than 60 days. He hired people to do the work that didnt have licenses. One person was smoking marijuana in the house. The work is unsatisfactory and every time we tell him he admits the work is done wrong but it doesnt get fixed. The workers threw debris out of the windows into the back yard. I had to pay another contractor to have it removed. He pulled the awning down in the front of the house and left it without fixing it. Not one part of the house has been finished. The contract consisted of him fixing the roof. The first job was a patch job but he stated he would need to be fixed again in a few years. So we told him to put on a new roof. He stated the roof was completed. We paid another contractor who went on the roof and took vide showing the roof was NEVER patched or replaced. So therefore we were lied to. When we asked him to come see for himslf he said he would come with a ladder so he can check. He never did. He doesnt return our calls, or text messages and when he does all he says is "I GOT YOU" anc he never shows up. His workers kept leaving the windows opened and the back door wide opened. The property was never secured. We feel like he told one lie after another and has no intention on completing the job we paid for, The people he had doing the work was not licensed. ***************************** does not take accountability and is very unprofressional. He thinks that he can take our money and not finish the work we paid him for. He is NOT a man of his word no matter how many times he says it. We feel like we have been violated and robbed. This may not have been his intention but its definitely what happened. He took our money, talked about us and did not finish the job. HELP!

  The cost was $7800.00. They left my kitchen not done. They have trash and rubbish outside my home and inside the house. Its still in demo mode. They're not answering or replying. The electrical looks like a fire hazard. This is not good business. They have stolen payment at this point.
