    True man of his word .! Honestly this man is rare and his team is awesome shows up on time gets the job done no problems, cleans up the job site , trustworthy guy , does what he says he’s going to do and more .! Great Great great young man .! I will be telling everyone about him !

    JC Home and Management LLC is a general contractor that steals his clients money. He owes me $20,000. His workers are not professional and come on site spelling like weed. Never do business with this company or the owner because they are thieves!! He is NOT license in Philadelphia PA and should not be taking on jobs to renovate peoples property. This person is not registered with the State of PA. His registration was deactivated in August of 2023 because he failed to return documents to the state that was require to keep his registration in tack. He is a FRAUD!! Do not hire this person.
    The shotty work his subcontractor performed has cost me more money to have the work done correctly. The total cost of my renovation project was $45000.00. I reported him to the PA Attorney General Office and I am in search of an attorney to sue the owner.

    Sorry this woman feels this way .! But none of this is true .! And all of my paper work is in order now thank you for these words tho ! This only motivates me to keep doing good business and making sure people like you don’t kill my brand !

    We hired this company to renovate our home. We paid $25,000 and the work is he has not been completed. He said “I got you” and never returned or called. His worker was unprofessional and lied about fixing our roof. We hired another contractor who took video and pictures to probe the work was not done. Whoever he hired to fix the roof lied and he never. We believe he used our money to dund the cost of another project he was working on. A large vase with coins were taken from the property. The doors and windows were left open on a regular basis leaving the property unsecured. The walls were painted without being sanded down. Our granite countertops and cabinets were damaged. His worker was smoking marijuana in the property. He added addons to the contract in which we requested but ballooned the charges and refused to itemize the amount. He claims to be a man of his word and is very convincing. But this was the worse experience ever. He said the job would be completed in 30 days but its been more than 2 months and we still have received $25,000 worrh of services. We had to get attorney involved along with the state department.
