    I would not recommend Don Hill. It took 4 months to get my item back. He is full of excuses! He needed a new transmission, his shifter was not working on and on! Does not return phone calls right away. I told him to drop off the item at a UPS store and I would pay them to ship it which finally what happened. Luckily this ended with getting my item back. Don’t use him unless you like extreme frustration.

    I purchased a frankart standing ashtray online for six hundred dollars that I had him deliver to me. The bottom of stand was broken and the whole piece ruined. He told me he would pay for damages. It has been 8 months. He will not take my calls or emails or texts. All auction houses should not let him deliver their items. When he damaged items he will pay for damages that he caused. A real crook.

    ************ let me know how you are suing him. I am with you! He damaged a corner cabinet that he delivered to my customer. Instead of me filing an insurance claim with him for the value I insured the cabinet for, he convinced me and my customer to allow him to take it to a furniture repair place to do the repairs. He picked the cabinet up in June 2023. Here it is October and the cabinet is still not repaired and returned to my customer. He won't return my emails, texts or phone calls. The customer wants me to return her $2,500 that she paid for the piece. *** emailed me back in early September 2023 stating that the repair person was almost done. Hmmmm. Wondering if that was a big lie. I really thought *** had integrity and would make good on this. Obviously, he lacks integrity. I'm not sure where to go from here, but I'm thinking long and hard on what to do. ************ if you want to contact me directly, let me know and I'll provide you my contact information. Shame on **** We are hardworking people and don't appreciate or deserve this kind of treatment! I'm a firm believer in "what goes around, comes around"! *** better watch out for the Karma bus!!! Grrrrrr!

    I cannot believe that this guy is still doing business. He has over $8K worth of antiques that he picked up for me before COVID. This total does not even take into account the money that I paid him to pick up and ship to me. I figure he owes me about $12K total. TOTAL THIEF! He kept saying he would deliver but there was always an excuse. I am in the process of suing him, but I fear ALL of my antiques are gone. I call him and leave a message EVERY SINGLE DAY. It always goes to voicemail. It is SO hard to believe he continues to rob people. Is there a way we can band together and get this guy in jail?

    *** was hired by the buyer of my large, heavy sideboard to pick up from me and deliver to him. He was slow to respond to schedule the pickup and only did it at the last minute, though he had my info for weeks. He used a dolly with small casters to haul the sideboard over southern pine floors and left grooves in the floor. He had no business card; no identification on his truck and has not responded to try to settle the matter. Four weeks after he picked up the item from me he has still not yet delivered it to the buyer.

    *************** Transportation Services has EARNED the name several people on this Better Business Bureau website and elsewhere have given him ; THIEF !It has been 358 days since *************** Transportation Services picked up my $2,500 screen on February 14 , 2022 and decided to steal it !*************** Transportation Services told me on February 23, 2022 that I should Rest assured ~ (my delivery of the screen) will be during the month of March.Since it became apparent that *************** Delivery Solutions cannot or chooses not to deliver my screen ; I asked him on May 31, 2022 : How can I arrange to have someone pick up my screen from you ? *************** Delivery Solutions 100% ignored me and has NEVER answered that request ! On June 5 , 2022 , I asked *************** Delivery Solutions What do you propose as a solution to the regrettable situation we find ourselves in on this screen ? *************** Delivery Solutions 100% ignored me and has NEVER answered that request ! On June 7 , 2022 I asked : Please tell me an address where I can arrange for another delivery company pick up the screen ? *************** Delivery Solutions 100% ignored me and has NEVER answered that request ! He has had my $2,500 screen for nearly a year WITHOUT DELIVERING IT and REFUSES to reply to my many phonecalls, texts and emails asking about it.I even sent a message to *************** through *********************** at Antiques, 19th Century in ******* ; the antiques dealer who originally recommended *************** to me . That was ignored too.Other reviews on this site call for *************** to be behind Bars I understand that sentiment and feel that time spent in a cell would give *************** much needed time to consider his crimes.Perhaps being a thief was not the best life path for *************** to choose after all ?To those reading this review : Do not become one of many of ************************ Fast away from this Charlatan !

    TOTAL THIEF..... do not become his next victim. He stole a clock *** picked up for me in ************* and ruined a leather chair belonging to a good client of mine that I paid for out of respect for my client. Don't trust this conman. Read the BBB reviews . Read the yelps..... let's get this thief into prison where he belongs......
