    Absolute WORST place to buy a car. **************** is SO bad at their jobs, as they fed misinformation for 2-3 weeks in a row. The people working at the Tesla dealership in *****, **, more so the customer service team, needs to all be fired and re hired because they ALL **** at their job. They informed me about specific details of the cars that were all misleading and untrue, and keep misinforming me of delays for my car order. Definitely the WORST car dealership I have ever been to in my 29 years. Love the brand, but the people who work there cannot do their jobs for their lives.

    I placed a special order on a new tesla, the accepted all the specifications I have added to to the car, I put a deposit online. I was promised to have the car delivered by March 2023. After three weeks I get a text from them saying, that they wont be able to deliver the car on the same specification I have ordered it. And they could could not tell any further information when I can have it the way I want it. Now I tried to call them up I spent over 420 minutes of waiting time and was not succsessful to speak to anyone. by the end I was replying to their text masseges by you need to call me, after waiting three days finally I get the call back, and again they could not tell me any time frame when I can have the car the way i build it. I said fine fine then cancel the whole thing and refund me my 250 dollars deposit. They said you can cancel the purchase but no refunds. Now this is my first step trying to resolve this issue, if not I will be more than happy to take them to small claim court.
