    Every Spring these people hound us. We already have Anderson Windows in our home!!!!! We are not interested. I even told the person I spoke to on the phone we were not interested. And all the people who stop and knock on our door. And yet they continue.

    Business continues to call, mail, and come to door about windows. Calls and in person visits have been answered that we already had our windows done recently and not interested. Business continues to contact even after asking to stop and reporting not interested.

    I bought windows from Renewal by Andersen 11/20/21. They were installed 3/3/22. On 7/25/22 I noticed that two of my windows screens were tearing out. I called Tiffany who works for Reneawl by Andersen and told her about the problem and sent pictures. I mention to her that my cats lay in the windows. She said they would be covered by the warranty and she would get it started. I said if they had other type of screens, because the sales person only told me about the stainless steel screens. She said that they had fiberglass screens which the screen part could be replaced. I told her the sales person never explained about the other screens to me and if I could get the fiberglass screen for the two windows. She said she would look into it. In the meantime she texted me and told me my windows would be ready the first week in September. I made an appointment to have them put in. I asked her again if I could get the fiberglass instead since I was not told by the salesman about the different screens. She later told me it could not be done, to exchange the fiberglass screens for the stainless steel. I told her I wanted to talk to management about it and she said she would have them get in contact with me. Well today, 8/30/22, regional manager Tony Licara called me and said since my cats " laid on the screens they could not be replaced because it's not covered on the warranty. He also said the screens warranty was only for 2 years. Will the warranty is for 10 years and I consider the screens to be defective since they tore out so easily for stainless steel screens. They are quiet flimsy screens for $357.08 a piece screens. That is another thing, the salesman did not give me the individual prices of the windows and screens because " with the discounts it would be difficult to sort out. The fiberglass screens cost $256.38. A cost difference. Tony saw the pictures and said cat hair is all over the screens. He lied about that too. They is dirt on the window sill.

    RBA stands by its position that the damage to the original screens purchased by Ms. ******
    is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. However, in the interest of resolving this
    matter amicably and achieving full customer satisfaction, RBA is willing to replace the
    screens with the upgraded screens preferred by Ms. ****** at no additional cost. A
    representative of RBA is in the process of contacting Ms. ****** to arrange for delivery and
    installation of the replacement screens. As such, we respectfully request the complaint be
    dismissed with no further action taken against my client.
