    I was stopped at an event the other day by an Andersen sales person. Even though I was ready to purchase a replacement window, they kept me for 30 minutes and ultimately pressed me to schedule an in-home consultation. Given it was one simply window, I said that I did not need to schedule a 90-minute appointment. They were fine with a simply 60-minute appointment. They've called me several times this week to reconfirm the appointment. When I spoke with someone today, they canceled the appointment as I could not give them 90 minutes. Frustrated, I called the main office and the receptionist would not allow me to leave a formal complaint. Terrible and disrespectful. High priced windows with low class service.

    much too expensive for what is provided. trim was to be supplied but ours was reused but we received no reduction in the outrageous cost. we will not recommend them to anyone.
