      This is the original cancellation notice given to the company before they transferred my debt. Their website as well as their assistance line clearly states you may cancel the program and forfeit  your non refundable fee.

      Good morning. I phoned the number provided and requested it on 7/16/23 and was assured it would be emailed to me. However, I have not received it. Each time I have called following this request, I have not been provided with the original document. This is a collection agency. Therefore, they will NEVER have the original document. Please assist me in deleting this from my credit report. Thanks.

ABILITY RECOVERY SERVICES NEVER GOT MY CONSENT OR ******** ********* *********. THIS ACCOUNT IS REPORTING AS A RESULT OF IDENTITY THEFT BY ALL PARTIES. ABILITY RECOVERY IS REPORTING TWO ACCOUNTS ON MY CREDIT REPORT THAT THEY HAVE FAILED TO VALIDATE PER FDCPA 809. THEY ARE ALSO IN VIOLATION OF FDCPA 805 AND 807. I WILL BE REACHING OUT TO LOCAL CIVIL RIGHTS ACTIVIST IN MY LOCAL CHAPTER TO DETERMINE THE BEST WAY TO HANDLE THE HIPAA VIOLATION AS THIS IS BECOMING AN INCREASINGLY HORRIBLE TREND AMONG BIG COMPANIES. ACCOUNT NUMBERS ****** AND ****** I HAVE REACHED OUT TO THIS COMPANY NUMEROUS TIMES. THEY WILL DELETE THE ACCOUNT AND REINSERT VIOLATING THE FCRA.       I have no idea what this is I have never been contacted or have done any buisness with this account. Please remove from my credit report I have began to contact all bureaus on last week due to some accounts that have been reported open without my authorization please research and remove this from my account and association

      ABILITY RECOVERY SERVI is falsely reporting on my credit. I have never had a account with them. Per my research ABILITY RECOVERY SERVI is a Debt Collector. They are falsely reporting to my credit . These are the accounts : # *********** are falsey reporting to my credit file and against my rights and credit act. Under 15 U.S. Code § 1681d – Disclosure of investigative consumer is a violation. I have attached a definition so you can see the violation! (a)Disclosure of fact of preparation A person may not procure or cause to be prepared an investigative consumer report on any consumer unless— (1)it is clearly and accurately disclosed to the consumer that an investigative consumer report including information as to his character, general reputation, personal characteristics, and mode of living, whichever are applicable, may be made, and such disclosure (A) is made in a writing mailed, or otherwise delivered, to the consumer, not later than three days after the date on which the report was first requested I request to provided proof of this alleged item. Specifically the original application, contract or note bearing my signature with ABILITY RECOVERY SERVI. Failing that, the items must be deleted from my credit report as soon as possible. Under federal law, you have 30 days to complete your reinvestigation. Please have the creditor provide the validation documents to the BBB as well as certified mail to me. Its extremely important that the creditor provide the documents to BBB to ensure fairness and that they are not brushing me off. Thank you for your assistance. I will also be seeking $1,000 per violation for: 1.) Defamation 2.) Negligent Enablement of Identity Fraud 3.) Violations of 15 U.S.C 1692g Please have the creditor provide the validation documents to the BBB as well as certified mail to me. Due to I have no knowledge of this account nor did I submit myself to any hospital at the time they are reporting on my credit report.
