      When paying off account, I was informed that the agency would report within 7 days to the credit bureaus that the account was pay off and after 45 days they still had not reported the information. When attempting to call back to the gain information calls from my phone number were not going through as if my number was blocked from contacting the agency. In addition, when making contact from a different number, I was informed that I would receive a letter with 48hrs confirming that my account closure was finalized and the information was sent to the credit bureaus; however, I still have not receive the letter. When calling back and bring transferred to my account manager, I was unprofessionally addressed with no resolution other than being asked, "what do I expect?" if they did their part it was not on them. This interaction displayed unprofessionalism and lack of care and concern for my needs as the customer.

      I have had 2 letters and several phone calls until I blocked their number. They are trying to get money from me for an account that has been paid in full. This account should have never gone to collections and I worked it out with the original debtor and it is paid off! This company won't answer their phone, but will call and annoy you constantly. They also keep stating that they have tried repeatedly to get this money that they are not even owed!!!!! I have only had 2 letters. I refuse to deal with these rude people. I have paid my bill and owe nothing! They are not getting anymore money from me. Horrible situation and bad people. They should be ashamed of themselves for not getting all the facts before they start harrassing people!

      Horrible nasty people. Very rude and unprofessional. They lied and gave me a phone number to a company that was shut down. They tried getting me to pay for accounts that have been closed already. They also said that the credit bureaus are the ones who make the final decision on what's on my credit report. That is not how things work. They also told me I had never stayed in a hospital and that my ** is a contractor. They hung up on me over 10 times, talked about my mother, and made fun of me for having debt. Negative stars..

      I have never received a phone call from this business. They just reported on my credit report I owed them $2191. Not sure how anyone can just report to your credit report without even you. Shady as heck. Trying to dispute this but didn't know how.

      This business called me out of the blue and threatened to increase the debt against me for not taking their call while I was at work. Would rate lower if possible. Scammy as h*** and even more rude than expected for these leeches on society.

      I just got an entry today from this company that I have never heard of a day in my life for close to a $2000 balance that I KNOW I DON'T OWE. It doesn't even specify what it is for nor didn't receive any mail. I do believe it to be a scam

      A collection has been added to my account for a debt that was paid through my job voucher program last year. I have made multiple calls to inquire about this issue, but the representative keeps saying that they are following up with the school. This is my fourth time reaching out, and I keep receiving the same response. Unfortunately, this is negatively impacting my credit score. I find it frustrating that they don't provide an email option for me to send proof of payment. Instead, they prefer to contact the original company without realizing the impact on my credit. I believe this process is unreasonable.

      ********************* #*** said she was supervisor would not give me any information about the debt on my account told me if I can't pay it to call the police and hung up on me.

      I have never dealt with such an unprofessional childlike Personnel ever in my life. They call constantly for a bill that is not mine. They taunt me bad mouth me and hang up on me laughing my face and tell me what am I going to do about it. I don't have to tolerate this and I'm not going to. I'm going to start pressing legal charges against this company and the person themselves.. I believe these are scammers picking up old bills that are either have been paid or have been wiped out and they're just trying to make a buck wherever they can I don't think there's no legitimacy to this company. However I am trying to find a corporate number to make formal complaints but I am also contacting the Better Business Bureau because what they do is illegal. I marked 1 star only because they force a person to choose a star or you can't leave a review. That is in the extortion category. Hmm

      I just received a letter where they are TRYING to get $1,500 from me from some other company they said they bought out ******** **************** LLC however I KNOW I don't owe this **** so I looked up both companies and guess what BOTH COMPANIES ARE NOT IN BUSINESS!!!! So even is I had of owed a debt the money would have never went towards it it would have just went in a somebody's pocket!!
