  They called at 7:13am this morning. I have no idea who they are or what they want, but assuming they're no collectors, it's illegal to call that early. They didn't leave a message.

  They refused to send me anything in writing or tell me anything at all about their company or the reason for their call unless I give them my Social Security number and address. But they won’t stop calling.

  This company is trash. I called them and asked them to see if they could find that account. The lady was very rude and unprofessional and when I expressed to her that I wasn’t happy that my wife was upset and crying from a previous conversation, she got even more upset and nasty and loud, and started yelling and hung up on me, this company is a freaking joke they should be shut down. Completely unprofessional. I hope the company gets fined and or sued.

  The people at Ability Recovery Services LLC have called me numerous times stating their company name. When I asked them what their company does they said they could not answer that and that they needed to verify my info. It took me a few ties before I finally got an answer. It was a medical debt that was paid off already. They read my social ID, birth, and address to me to verify it was me that they wanted to talk with. They kept asking why I could not pay the bill, why didn't I take care if it sooner, why I was in the hospital, etc. I asked numerous times for the paper bill, but they kept pestering me about why it was not taken cared of then. They said, "A paper bill is not gonna get paid if I don't explain why the bill was not taken cared of." after each request. They then got fed up with me asking them for the bill and kept going. I eventually hung up on them after requesting a paper bill once again as they just kept going.

  I have dealt with Holly Ruiz multiple times and have been trying to get information and I was very frustrated as this has been going on since 12/10/20219 and she refuses to let me ask questions will cut me off and say I don't know what to tell you. I called today to ask more questions and got cut off told to either pay it or get it attached to my credit score even though the debt she is trying to collect on has been paid. I called 4 times today and she hang up on me 3 out of the 4 times. I disconnected the last call because she threatened to just attach it to my credit score

  Trash! They’re scammers, rude, unprofessional, and illegally submitted collections as new accounts. They hang up on you, yell at you, and are so unprofessional

  They call multiple times a day and never leave a message. I have asked numerous times for something in writing but have never received anything. The customer service skills are awful and treat people rudely.

  They posted a collection on my account for a debt that is not mine. I called to inquire and the rep there was super rude. Not once did I raise my voice and the rep started yelling at me and interrupting me before I could even say anything. When I told her she was being very rude and that there was no reason to shout, she put me on hold and tried to transfer me to a voicemail. Her ext # is 236.
