      I purchased a fuel transfer tank for around $2,000.00. I was told there would me a 30 day lead time. That was on May 24, 2022. After I requested a refund they stopped responding to my emails.

      We ordered a transmission from this company in May of 2021, and paid over $3,000. We have continued to check in every quarter on progress of the transmission and when an expected ship date might be, but have only ever received a response of "it's being worked on." The company has not provided any photo or video evidence that the transmission is in fact being worked on - no progress pictures, not estimated time to completion. This company is a fraudulent company and does not deliver the parts they sell.

      I ordered a cummins 12v take out engine last year 10/21. It's been almost a full year and no engine. CPP diesel had extended the completion date several times. CPP will no longer respond to my emails and you can forget about contacting them by phone, they had never answered their phone or have never called me like they said they would. I'm am out 4500 dollars and plan on legal action.

      I placed a order ****** for $416.00with them on April 21st of 2022 I got a emailed a week later from them that my products was being drop shipped from the manufacturer. when online they claimed to have in stock I still haven't received any of my products I ve tried to contact them several times several emails to get my money back from them and nothing I want my money back I can pull my bank statement for accurate price

      Order Engine on May 2. Payment made May 10. Was told 6-8 week turnaround. It has been 4 months since the order, and we yet to be given an useable information about what is happening. I e-mail and call daily and have yet to receive a direct reply. This purchase was over $10,000.

      I paid $6500 upfront for a custom transmission from this company it has been almost a year and they still tell me they have not received the parts to Build my transmission but refused to give me a refund I was told that there was a six week wait and now it has been well over eight months

      I purchased pistons from CPP diesel on December 24th 2021. I still have not received my merchandise as of today july 19th 2022. They refuse to refund my money or cancel my order. They have stopped corresponding with me about this matter as of a month ago. Before that it was excuse after excuse about needing to contact the manufacturer of the pistons before they can cancel my order and refund me. This company is stealing people's money and hanging them in limbo for months and months. Poorest customer service and customer relations I've ever experienced. Buyer be aware they will scam you!

      So I ordered a rear cover for my truck back in April 26. I ended up receiving a diesel lift pump and contacted the company and tell them hey I received the wrong item so I sent the wrong item back they give me the runaround saying they never received the wrong item and that was about a month to beginning of June so then I requested a refund as I don’t want the correct item no more. They say they refunded me on 28 June as I haven’t received nothing I’ve made complaints to them they haven’t reached back out I’ve messaged them on Facebook they ended up blocking me on Facebook I reached out to my bank my bank said they don’t see nothing pending nor no refunds issued from company. I’m on disability so it took a while to save the money to get the part that I wanted for being that I never received it I’m trying to get my money back and not take a loss I was recently involved into a car accident a year ago at age 24 and I lost ability to to use my left arm and was determined to be fully disabled as I have T1 to c8 nerve root spinal avulsion along with a broken back in multiple places and broken neck along with a head injury the only joy I get is My truck. And being that I used to make $100,000 a year to be in disabled making now 12,000 it’s a disappointment. I’m just trying to be fair here and either get my money back or the correct item I’ve been patient enough and when I had to send back the part that came out of my pocket and I’m not even asking for that return shipping payment the item cost of $138 and some change I just don’t know how much more I can take mentally with this company
