Wired ******** for transmission almost 2 years ago. Sent my transmission to them at ******** expense to me. Never recieved the transmission I paid for. Many calls and emails. Ignored letters from my lawyer. Stole my money. Read all other reviews about them. This has happened to many people. I don't know how he is not in jail, much less still in business.Initial Complaint

Ordered a PPE transmission from CPP diesel on September 24th 2024 and have begged and pleaded for a refund since January. ***** and the lady that works in his office claim they have refunded my money $5355.99 on Tuesday February 18th and I still have no pending refund in my bank account. These people simply need to be shut down and put out of business. There is over 20 people that have had the same experience I have had with these people.Initial Complaint

Wired $6395.00 on 11/29/2024 was told verbally from ***** **** (owner) I would receive a Cummins 5.9 diesel motor 3 days after the money was received. Several attempts made and finally got an e-mail stating you signed a form that stated when sourced. Yes I did yet verbally was told 3 days. Tried to reply to the e/mail and it came back as well gave tried to text or call. Asked for my money back no reply. No money back nor a motor.Initial Complaint

I ordered parts for my truck from these people on January 11th. I waited 2.5 weeks for parts to ship and I never received anything or received any updates. I attempted to cancel my order and I received a claim that the order was canceled but I have not received any confirmation or a refund of my money. The dollar amount that I am currently owed is $781.18. I have been waiting on this for over a week now with no reply from anyone in the company.Initial Complaint

On November 13, 2024, I purchased a fuel pump from them. The only option tab that was available was to buy shipping insurance. It had no mention of anything else needed. I went through with the purchase few days of past. I was wondering why it has not been processed. I gave the company a call which I believe I talked to ****** at the time And asked why this pump was not being processed. He told me that it needs a core which when I was buying the part, it did not mention I was under the assumption that I was buying a new part. I told him it didnt ask for one he says sorry our website is messed up. The tab must be broken. I then decide to go with a different option but first I needed to do some research on it. So I asked him to process a refund which he agreed and a few days later I got a phone call from his accounting department, saying that they will refund affirm the agency I purchased it with. I also got an email and it also says on the account that has been refunded. over a month has passed. And still nothing affirm is going after me for the money Ive received no part. Theyre not calling me back. A firm has been little to no help on getting this resolved. They are falsely advertising that part on their website currently. Which makes me wonder how many other people they are trying to rip off. Attached files are them saying that they have processed the refund. But again affirm has not received anything from them. And is still going after me for the money. For a part, I never got and wont be getting. And also was never made due to the fact that there is no core. It has been over a month and still This is not been resolved. Nor are they calling me back after leaving numerous messages.Initial Complaint

On 12/19/2023 we wired CPP Diesel $4942 which was half the payment for the order as instructed by ***** ****. On 3/07/2024 we wired $4941.99 to complete the payment when the engine block was ready. After multiple attempts to reach CPP Diesel through text messages, telephone calls and emails, we were unsuccessful at getting any response. We finally received our rebuilt engine back on 9/25/2024 but did not receive our injector set we paid for at the cost of $2828 nor our fuel connector feed tubes we paid for at the cost of $139.99. I have informed CPP Diesel that we no longer need the injector set nor the fuel connector feed tubes as we have purchased them elsewhere. These additional parts were to have been sent to us with our rebuilt engine but were never sent. Our attempts to reach CPP Diesel have gone unanswered. CPP Diesel is aware that this rebuilt engine and parts are for our one and only small business vehicle but they don't seem to care. I would like a refund for the injector set and the fuel connector feed tubes. ***** **** promised our engine block would be worked on as soon as he received it as he stated he had no engine blocks he was working on at the time we spoke with him December 2023. He informed us that he would request the second and final payment for the order once the block was completed. ***** **** requested the second payment March 2024 and stated our engine would be shipped to us the following week. ***** **** didn't send our rebuilt engine back to us until September 2024. We have not made any income from our small business in 2024 due to these problems we have had with CPP Diesel. We paid CPP Diesel a total of $9883.99 in which $7700 was for the engine rebuild.Initial Complaint

I ordered a transmission from CPP diesel on July 19th and have yet to receive it. I filed a dispute with affirm in September because they were not communicating with me at all and three days after I filed they claimed it was ready to ship so I canceled the dispute. Since then they refuse to ship my transmission because they claim when I filed the dispute affirm put a pause in his account and it held up $39,000 and he says he will not ship my transmission that is already paid for until he receives all of his money from other orders. I can no longer get in touch with the companies phone number and the owner who I have been in touch with will no longer answer me.Initial Complaint

Purchased a motor....was not delivered...suspect fraud...my correspondences with the company below...No Reply Sep 30th 2024 @ 4:13 PM I had my representative visit your location. . . I want a refund for my purchase!You said: I had my representative pay your facility a visit last month. His report out left me with no confidence that I'll receive my order. I demand you refund the entire amount of my order and cancel our transaction immediately. Since completed that in ***** **** received auto generated responses with no detail other than the order is being fulfilled. Was your parts distribution affected by the Auto work strike? Is there going to be a delay because of it. Is there a shortage of staff? My point is, **** received nothing in the way of timely and meaningful feedback on this +$9k purchase. I would appreciate some customer service. Can you provide a status report on the completion and delivery of order #*****? ***** *********-Mshoi *************************************************************** ************** Still waiting for a response. Do you have any intentions to fulfill my order. If I do not receive some tangible update on the status of my order by April (12 months since order) I will begin legal actions against ***.
