      I have service with eagle disposal they are suppose to pick up the trash every Friday but lately they are doing every other Friday when I pay for weekly service, tried to get in touch with them nobody answers the phone I've left voicemails,emails and nobody returns the message. I'm trying to cancel my service but nobody responds

      Chronic and on-going issue of Eagle Disposal actually picking up trash and recycling service. Many missed weeks.

      They have not picked up recycling for 5 weeks claiming they don't have enough drivers yet they are still charging me full price for that service. Their answer is fir me to put a 5 foot toter container in my car and drive it to their lot and dump it myself.

      I had them for about a year and the last several weeks they didnt pick up my trash allowing it to pile up and the neighbors to complain. I had moved to a new address as of may and then I called to pay my bill of 115. They accepted the money and told me they would be out Tuesday at my new address to pick up the trash. Tuesday came and they did not come so I gave them a call and they said they dont have anyone running that route. I had asked for my money back since Im not being provided services and the woman on the phone said she would its been about ten days and still no refund. I have called and have not received any phone call back.

      Eagle Disposal of PA has missed two trash collection dates in the month of June 2023. They were unable to provide the service on Friday, June 9th. On that day we received a recorded message saying that they would come the next day to collect our trash and recycling, but on Saturday, June 10th they never showed up. We were the next week, so we can't speak to if they came or not, but they could have come up the driveway to get the trash that they missed the prior week. On Friday, June 23 they failed to show up again and we were not contacted via a recorded message. Today is Tuesday, June 27 and we have trash sitting in our can from the beginning of June. During the spring of 2023 Eagle Disposal of PA has missed numerous Friday collection dates, picking up on Saturday instead. Their inconsistent collections and price increases for a job not done each quarter are unacceptable.

      We’ve used this company for our trash for several years. Since Covid things have gone down hill. It was more understandable at the begging due to quarantine and high case numbers but now it’s becoming ridiculous. They skip our trash for 3 weeks saying it’s due to staffing shortages. Our trash got picked up on the 4th week and hasn’t been picked up since. It’s been 2 weeks again and it hasn’t been picked up. So in the last 6 weeks our trash was picked up once. I’ve tried for 4 days now to get ahold of someone so I can cancel my service but the phone either goes to voicemail and you don’t receive a call back or they pickup and immediately hang up the phone. I want a refund for my last bill since this service is prepaid so I can cancel and go with another company that will be more reliable.

      Eagle disposal locked me in to a contract but never picks up the garbage. I have to call them and beg them to pick up the trash. I called today and was on hold for over 8 mins and then the call would drop. That happened 3 times today alone. They did not get our garbage again today. I want them to get the trash every week without me calling or let me out of my contract. I am the president of an HOA and we have 2 dumpsters that do not get emptied.

      I am rejecting this response because: I do not understand the question.  Our account number is ***********.   You have indicated you will provide credit for the days missed, but are not telling me how many days you were giving us credit for. I have recorded each day that Eagle disposal has failed to pick up our two front load dumpsters and can provide that immediately.   I feel that this is enough to release us from our contract so I can get a company that will take care of our trash needs at the HOA  but we are also requiring credits for service is not provided.

      I paid Eagle Disposal $141.86 for 3 months of trash removal from my home from 5/01/2023 to 7/31/2023 to pick up the trash every Wednesday and starting June 7 & 14 2023 no trash pick up and no response to trash pick up for June 21 2023 as the trash is piling up and I'm out my money. I hope you look into it get the trash picked up and get a refund for the days missed. Once this pay cycle ends I'm getting another trash pick up company.

      Eagle Disposals service is notoriously unreliable. Last Wednesday they didnt pick up our trash, sent a phone message theyd come the next day. They did not come the next day at usual time so I called and was told theyd be around later that day. They did not come by afternoon so I called again and was told they were NOT coming and theyd be around on the regular day (today). I called late morning today and was told they were doing yesterdays pick up and hope to come today. They did not come. Now they say they will come tomorrow. Two weeks of garbage is sitting at every house on our street. They are NOT honoring their agreement to pick up trash weekly, lie about coming and have not offered to adjust our bill. This has been a problem in the past and I feel they are not honoring their own agreement and they should compensate their customers for skipped weeks. They make excuses and dont even offer alternatives like putting a dumpster out where we could at least take our trash if they arent going to come pick up like we pay them to do.

They said they'd maybe come Wednesday afternoon, then they said they were coming Thursday so keep the trash out then on Thursday they said they wont come until next week but THREE  WEEKS of trash sitting in my garage is UNACCEPTABLE. It was the same nonsense last week. Twice  now they said they were coming the next day and never came. That is just a straight out lie to the customers! They keep saying they are coming on a given day and don't do it. House garbage will lure bugs, rodents and other animals and this trash is now two weeks old and we are expected to keep it for another week!!!!

      The trash was finally picked up. Unfortunately, once again, Eagle has not come this week.  I do not believe they have credited my account as they said they would for the missed weeks.  However, they will not answer the telephone so I cannot reach anyone to find out.  They keep you on hold and eventually transfer the call to voicemail so I have not been able to speak to a person.
