      The garbage and recycle provided by EAGLE DISPOSAL has always been poor during Covid they complained that they could not get anybody to drive their vehicles now they have surcharged everybody and I have called three times within the last month to find out if the garbage and or recycles were going to be picked up and they are still complaining that they cant get any drivers. With the latest complaint they pick up the garbage usually in the next day rather than the scheduled day thats supposed to be. They used to pick up recycle every single week then when they started having problems they hit us with a surcharge for the gas and they only pick up the recycle every other week with the recycle. They are making money on the recycle items that we are giving them. The management and supervision is very poor and they continue to have issues with pick up and increasing our quarterly charge almost double what I was paying a few years back getting less and paying more.

      I am rejecting this response because: This a poorly run business and for whatever reason you can NOT get their act together with garbage and recycle pickup. They need to step back and figure what THEY need too do in resolving not only MY issues but those of other customer who are suffering with this. Since being purchased by another company the services have suffered and the cost for garbage removal and recycling has increased. They have surcharged everyone because of increases fuel prices yet cutback on recycling to every other week rather than weekly. AND have had yearly increases in pickup making my quarterly rate increase.

      Cancelled service because they were not picking up recycling as first agreed upon, always an excuse as to the change and then prices increased without being notified first. I was told I would receive a refund for the time I had paid already. This refund would be to me within 4-6 weeks after cancellation. That would have been by April 12. No refund was received so I have been calling, every time its a different response. I was told the check was mailed April 20. I called again because I have not received refund yet, spoke to office manager who said it was strange I hadnt gotten it. She was to email someone else and attach me to that email so I could see responses that was May 17, I still have seen no email from her or anyone else. Yes I checked the spam folder. Today is May 19 still no check. Called again at 1:45 pm at 2:00 pm after being on hold it went to a voicemail, I did not leave a message. Called back at 2:05 and got a message that they were closed but the hours on the recording say open to 4 on Friday. Very frustrated with this business. Just want my money back.

      I have been told this same thing before. If its out for delivery how can it still be up to 2 weeks to receive? I should have received this no later than mid April now its the end of May. I will accept once I actually receive a refund.

      Just received check in the mail today. As you can see from the post mark which is dated May 31 they had never sent the refund before filing this complaint.

      We have cancelled services with this company due to frequent missed pickups and unsatisfactory customer service. They have refused to take trash bags on the ground, even after missed pick up the prior week. The current situation that has caused this BBB report is we had service through Nov. 30, 2022. The previous week was Thanksgiving, making the trash pickup a day late ( which is expected). Our trash had been out since the day before (Wednesday) due to often unexplained pickup days previously. That week our entire street was missed. So I called in and the woman stated to put it out for the following week and she will have a message put in that due to being missed, we could have extra trash on the ground. The next week comes, now its 12/2. (but we were missed and owed that last pickup in Nov. ) and we did as we told and put the trash out. Since we had cancelled service they did come the day of trash pickup to take the toted back. But instead of taking the trash they took it out and put it on the ground. Again I called and for the 3rd time I explained the situation explaining how we were missed the previous week and were told to put the trash out. Again she said yes that they knew and to leave the trash out and they would come by to get it. That has been 3 days ago. - the trash is still piled up at the end of our driveway. Our last trash pickup was Nov. 18, its now Dec 5 and the trash is still sitting out there. The customer service is absolutely horrible. There has been numerous promises of the trash being picked up but NO follow through. We are owed service from Nov 18-30, 2022. We have canceled this company and are now customers of Goods Disposal Service.

      I filed earlier due to services not rendered. They said they would refund $ for services they did not do through this BBB service. We still have not received said refund.
