    We contacted **** the owner of Rec Tech llc in 2022 about purchase of an indoor playground. He provided us drawing and a quote of $2500 for the playground and install. We wired $15,000 up front to him on Oct 25, 2022 and set a date to install Jan. 20th, 2023. Starting in early Jan we began contacting **** about install and we were told he was running behind & would be a few days late. He gave excuses for weeks finally got here the last week of February/beginning of March. He gave us every excuse in the book for weeks & weeks. We were ready to open February first and could not because of this. When the installers arrived the layout drawing drawn by **** was incorrect and they had to modify on the spot. **** then said that because they had to add 2 extra decks (because of his mistake) they were not adding some of the obstacles that we were suppose to be getting (Triangle maze and pyramid decks) We did not agree to that previously and were left with no choice. He did not provide the installers with all the equipment to complete the install. They didn't have enough netting, they had no post pads and not ground padding. His installers finished what they could and had to leave because they were paying for their hotel out of their own pocket and could not continue to wait on **** to get these things to them. **** then put us off another week because he had not ordered post pads (when that was all suppose to be ordered when we paid him $15,000) He had another crew come and install post pads and finish the netting. But had still not ordered padding for under the ballpit, under the slide & under the trolly or the ballpit balls. We had to order the balls ourself and we took that money out of the last install check that went to his crew. After realizing we were once again getting excuses about the last padding we had to order ourselves. He said he would pay us half of the padding cost back which his part would be $700. He also has never provided us with signage or certificates
