    They sent out misleading documents that were pretending to be a government agency asking for money $90.25 to comply with labor posters . The company name is LPC Labor Poster Compliance. The letter came from 923 S Hastings Way Suite 303 Eau Claire Wi 54701 phone number 844-258-8386. I called the department of labor and they said they didn't send out this letter.

    They sent out misleading documents that were pretending to be a government agency asking for money to comply with labor posters. They’re just trying to scam people who don’t know that the federal government publishes those posters for free and you can print them yourself for much less than $86.25

    I received their letter today as of 1/26/23. I called the number which Is ###-###-#### after I sat on the phone for 10 mins with the line just ringing someone answered. He explained that they only accept payment thru check or money order. But after I got off the phone I searched the company and found that they're company was a scam.

    Hi! My name is ******* ****** and I opened my business, ***** * ****** ****** earlier this year. A month ago I got a letter in the mail from what looked like a Government agency organization that was informing me on the laws of having Labor Poster compliance. They mentioned, in order for me to be compliant with the law I must obtain labor posters for a price tag of $85.25. As a first time business owner I took their word as bond and went ahead and sent this company a check for the price aforementioned. I did not want to get fined. Let me remind you, I am not complaining about the ethics of this business but much rather on the fact that I have not received my posters, and it has been more than 30 days now. I have tried to contact this business via the phone number provided on letter but I never get a chance to speak to anyone or leave a message. Seems incredibly strange. After all this time, I was able to do research and discovered that the Labor posters "I purchased" were accessible for free from the state. Also, as a corporation that has no employees I do not even need Labor Posters. So I am incredibly upset at the fact that this business duped me into purchasing "ridiculously overpriced" posters that are publicly offered to me. I am hoping you can help me retrieve my refund from this malicious company.
