    On the morning of October 10th,2023 Bigs sanitation was retrieving a full dumpster from a neighboring home at 4:40am. The driver placed the empty dumpster initially on the road to retrieve the full dumpster. He then pulled the full dumpster into the roadway and attempted to hook onto the empty dumpster. The empty dumpster did not go onto the truck correctly and was dropped several times and drug back and forth on the roadway and then across my blacktop driveway and dropped again. This caused large deep gauges and cracking across the driveway and also completely ripped the finished edge along a 18ft section of the driveway. The driver also ran through our neighbor's yard causing damage. I called Bigs and was told they would report the incident and would be contacted. Hours later with still no call, i called again and was told they knew nothing about it, but they would now report the incident. October 11th I was contacted by Mike Asbeck and he asked me to get a repair estimate and someone from Bigs would come to my home to assess the damage. I sent an estimate on October 12th, and he again told me someone would be in touch. I heard nothing so I emailed Mike on October 23rd and was told again that this should have been taken care of. October 30th, I emailed Mike again because of no other communication and was told someone will be out to solve this. November 8th, I received a call from Tim Kaine stating how he doesn't understand why they should pay for such little damage, but he did call the contractor to discuss a remedy. It is now November 22nd and have heard nothing else. November 22nd called Tim Kaine and was put on hold for 10 minutes only to be told he is busy. I did not ask for my driveway to be damaged by a 25-ton truck I am just asking for this company to fix their mistake. As a business owner myself I can't imagine this level of poor communication and disregard for customers or the general public that their vehicles can damage.

    Our trash pick up has been missed 2 weeks in a row for myself and my neighbor. We have both contacted the business to try and get it picked up because there is 2 weeks on garbage right outside of our houses. When speaking with the customer service lady, Heather, she was beyond rude. We were told last week (10-5-23) that they would come back out that day or the next to pick it all up. It is now Wednesday of the following week and our trash still hasn't been picked up. This isn't the first time our trash has been skipped and then never corrected and the customer service lady refuses to help MULTIPLE homes that have been skipped. They are very unreliable and rude.

    Biggs sanitation. The man driving is very unprofessional. He was waving arms at me. Gave me the finger and attempted to get out of the garbage truck. I called Biggs company and the phone does not work. Something needs done. A police report will be next for harassment!
