I applied for two different apartments at different times and was told I did not qualify which I knew I did. Funny thing is both apartments were the same rent amount. So a couple months later I applied again and I got approved. Now tell me how does that work? All three apartments were the same rent amount and nothing had changed on my application. Scam

App fees should be built into the fees the owner pays for GM Property Solutions to manage their properties! I can pay a yearly fee ($89.00) and run as many credit and background checks as I want, on as many prospective tenants as I want annually .
The individual application fee is a SCAM and it hurts the property owner and the prospective tenants as well! The ONLY people making out by doing this is GM Property Solutions Inc.!!!GM Property Solutions, Inc.
