I placed an order for 14 roses on August 20, 2023. I was told that due to "unforeseen growing challenges" the orders wouldn't arrive until Spring 2025. I have been trying to get an update on the status of my order and they will not respond to me. I don't have any reason to believe I will get this order as they are not responding to customers through their email, their website, their ******** or Instagram pages. Garden roses LLC pre sold plants (roses) for purchase in 2023 for delivery in 2024 as is common in the rose **** industry. In April of 2024 they indicated their farm experienced trouble and they asked customers to delay receiving their ********************** until May or June. Emailes from the grower indicate they are committed to making things right. They have not communicated about the roses since April of 2023, after they asked customers to wait for May or June, and an additional email said they could no longer offer refunds as they had already give. Out too many refunds, but assurances were made for later summer or fall delivery. Emails have gone unanswered, yet they continue to email out offers to purchase roses.Initial Complaint

Garden Roses LLC *********************************************************************************** I waited so long to file the complaint hoping they would make good on the purchase or at least answer one of the many emails I sent. The AUSsaucer rose is not an easy rose to find but Garden Roses LLC has gone way past their promised ship date. Why Charge the credit card and not ship?Date of the transaction was August 18, 2023 The Amount paid was $103.95, my credit card was charges right away, 15 months later still no roses or refund as requested.Ordered: qty (4) AUSsaucer roses (order #****)I have sent dozen of emails or more asking for the status of this order, after no updates I have requested a full refund. There has been zero response to any of my emails. I have emailed Garden Roses LLC from my gmail account and there web site. At first, the emails stated they were having trouble with propagation and there would be delay until Spring/Fall of 2024. I have not received product. I ordered several roses from this company in August of 2023. I was asked to wait for new crop after crop failure and agreed last year. I ordered 5 potted rose plants for delivery spring of 2024. When 2024 spring rolled around an email was sent by ***** that they had a mildew problem and had no plants to send. They then promised delivery for fall of 2024. It is now fall and still no roses and no notice of when they will be shipped. I have sent many e-mails with no response. Hello,I placed 3 orders ( #****, #****, #****) with this company for roses to be delivered spring and Fall of 2024 and I still have not received any of the roses. After ignoring many emails they finally got back to me saying they are unable to refund me. Per company reviews this company has been promising roses and not delivering them for years. Hello,
The company did send me the four roses (two to myself and two were a gift). They screwed up which roses were supposed to go to which address. The "roses" I received were not own root roses that were grown in at their farm. The roses were branches cut off with a root growth hormone still visible on the bottom of the cutting. If you are not familiar with roses there is very small chance these will even survive a couple of months. This is not what I paid for and they still refused to refund me for any of the roses. I would like to make BBB aware that this farm is not a legitimate business.
