    I ordered roses that should have been delivered this spring/summer. They wont send my roses and apparently have had many issues with people. There are even ******** groups about this.

    Hello- this business offered preordered roses that were supposed to be shipped in March. Unfortunatelh orders were not fulfilled. They offered to refund and then now said that they are not able to refund customers either. It is unethical to not refund customers when orders are not fulfilled. They said to honor refunds but now they said they are not refunding. This is poor business ettiquette and needs to be looked into. Owners have past criminal history of check kiting on multiple occasions.

    I am sorry for the delay in issuing your requested refund. Your refund, in the amount of $345.95, has now been sent via a bank-issued check. You should have received an emailed receipt from our bank. They will issue and mail the check to your address.

    Hello,

    Neither owner of Garden Roses LLC has ever been charged or convicted of check kiting. For this reason, it should be removed from the complaint.

    I paid for a product I did not receive. A refund was promised but I did not recieve it
