      I bought a dryer in August 2022, which was delivered with a huge dent in it. I had the delivery guys take it back and then had to wait months for a replacement. The replacement lasted only about ***** uses before the control panel stopped working. I barely got any use at all out of this dryer. I have messaged the business ******** page multiple times with no response. I also called and was just told that a serviceman could come and look at it for about $200. I don't need someone to come out and charge me $200 just to tell me that I need a new dryer on top of the cost of now needing to buy a new dryer. I should have just bought a dryer at *****, which is where I will go for my next one. I had thought I would try to shop local and support a small business but that ended up being a huge mistake unfortunately. Worst customer ********************** I've ever experienced. They do not stand behind their products at all.

      We purchased a new refrigerator and freezer 8300 in March 2024 and last week Sept 2024 the refrigerator broke and the freezer started to stop working today. The soonest service is 3 weeks, causing us to purchase another refrigerator. This is rediculous. Only to take our money. This company should be held accountable for poor customer ********************** when we purchase something from them.
